Hey guys, I installed and activated the Themerax Elementor theme, but when I try to download skins, it says:

“Legacy Theme Version. Your theme isn’t on the latest version yet. Please go to Dashboard > Updates to update your theme first.”

I click update, but its not updating and the issue remains. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey @zilog357, Themerex plugin updater is not installing because i can't install the latest skins
I have activated the theme thanks to you using the script you provided
But i really need this skin, the skins don't install if you are not on the latest version and to be on latest version you install themerex plugin - which i'm not able to something is blocking it like license check

This is a ThemRex theme. I already posted a generic solution for all Themerex themes in this forum thread.

You look in the main theme folder, find the "functions.php" file, and at the top of the file, right after the following:

Put this:

$mytheme = get_template();
update_option( 'trx_addons_theme_' . $mytheme . '_activated', true );
update_option( 'purchase_code_' . $mytheme, 'L12345678' );
update_option( 'purchase_code_src_' . $mytheme, 'L12345678' );

I could activate it and import the demo site with no problem.

To import the demo, use a fresh WP installation and first install all the needed plugins before importing the demo. To import the demo, use the "Theme Dashboard"-> "Demo Data" -> "Full import".

This should be a "sticky". People keep asking to activate Themerex themes, and the solution has been here for ages.

There is no sense nulling it. I did it for the fun of it, and it will work, but the demo templates will not download if there is no license.

You will end up with an empty theme, needing to do it from scratch.

The only way is by either buying a license, or having somebody provide the demo data, usually in a JSON format file.

The same problem here- still not fixed ? Downloading full content of main demo works but unfortunately we cannot downloade skins what makes theme (even nulled) useless. Thank you for any support.
