[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

The chatter is using AI too?
Yeah, she uses AI as a helper, not a full autopilot.
Basically AI drafts the replies and she tweaks/sends them, especially for anything important or high-value. It keeps things fast but still human enough that fans don’t notice.
Also, I created a custom GPT to help me chat, but I can't share with anyone (my partner) so he can use it as well.

It says it has sexual content so it can't be shared. How did you solved this?
Yeah, that’s the annoying part, anything with NSFW logic instantly gets flagged as “cannot be shared,” even if you’re just using it for workflow help.

What I do instead is super simple:
I don’t try to share the GPT itself.
I just share the prompt system.

Basically, I copy the whole structure (persona, tone rules, reply format, do/don’ts, examples, etc.) into a Google Doc, and my partner pastes it into his own GPT on his account. Same behavior, no sharing issues.
It takes 2–3 minutes to set up on their side, and once it’s saved, the model works the same.
So yeah, instead of sending the GPT, just duplicate the prompt manually. That’s literally the only workaround I’ve found that doesn’t trigger the filter.
hey shijin, really cool journey! Nice to see things are going well! I have a few questions that could be helpful for everyone if you dont mind:

1) How do you share your profits with your models?
2) Did you just simply DM'ed models offering work from a brand new ig account?
3) You mentioned you ran ads to get leads for models? Any specific channels? How does your ads looks like (not exactly, just what seemed to wrok best)?
4) Do you run ads to get clients (OF consumers) or to find models? Didn't quite catch that
5) As I understood, you are using OF platform? Did you register it using models KYC documents?

Bonus question:

If you were to start again from beginning, how would you change your approach in such journey?

I understand that there are no shortcuts, especially in organic traffic, but maybe you could share few tips n tricks that were not mentioned yet?

Keep it going!
Thanks man, happy to answer, I think these questions help a lot of people here.

1) Profit sharing
Most models are on a percentage split. The exact percent depends on how consistent they are with content.
The more reliable they are → the better the split for them.

2) Outreach
Yep, I DM’d from a clean fresh IG account. Just simple, honest outreach. No crazy scripts. A surprising number replied.

3) Ads for leads
Meta ads worked best for finding models, not fans.
Simple “work opportunity” creatives, no suggestive images. Clean and safe.
Lower-tier GEOs were cheaper.

4) Ads for fans vs models
Right now mostly ads for models.
For fans, I focus on organic sources, IG/TikTok/Reddit.

5) OF account setup
Each model verifies their own account with their docs.
I manage content + chatting + growth. Pretty standard setup.

Bonus: If I were starting again
I’d honestly spend way more time upfront just setting up a clean system:
content pipeline → posting → traffic → chatting.
In the beginning I was doing everything manually and tripping over my own workflow.
Could you share your results on Reddit, and do you do SFW or NSFVW
posting?
Reddit is a mix for me.
Some days a post hits 300+ upvotes, some days it flops, that’s just Reddit.

I usually blend SFW + suggestive, nothing hardcore.
Soft content survives longer, doesn’t get accounts banned, and still pulls traffic.

Full NSFW gets removed fast unless your account is old + trusted.

Day 62 — The Day Everything Just… Worked

Today wasn’t flashy at all — but honestly it felt like one of those days where the system finally behaves exactly the way you imagined it when you started.

One of those “nothing exploded, nothing broke, everything flowed” days.

Revenue
$611
Right in that sweet “comfortable but still motivating” range.

Traffic Today
Instagram: consistent reels, Model #3 carrying again
TikTok: no viral, but solid warm traffic for Model #4
Reddit: one post hit +230 upvotes, brought a few subs
OF: renewals were strong today, which saved the total

Not a spike, not a dip — just a stable upward line.

Models Update
Model #1: reliable as always
Model #2: finally got back into rhythm — lots of content today
Model #3: top performer again, she’s slowly becoming the backbone
Model #4: warming up nicely, starting to get fans that stick around

The interesting thing is how differently each model grows. Same system, same posting structure, but totally different trajectories. A good reminder that this isn’t a copy-paste business.

Chatter Update
She handled a full evening shift alone and actually beat my conversion rate.
Pretty sure she’s officially better at “model personalities” than I am now.

The new AI prompt structure is helping a lot — replies sound more natural and don’t repeat the same lines.

Operations Work

Cleaned up content folders

Built 7 more reels in the new pic-to-vid style

Reorganized TikTok accounts to avoid mixing models

Planned a small A/B test for IG posting times

Updated the OF feed structure for better upsells

Small things, but the compounding effect is huge.

Tiny Win of the Day
A random mid-spender from last month reappeared out of nowhere and dropped a $60 tip.
It’s always the silent ones who surprise you.

Lesson of the Day
Not every day needs to be dramatic.
Sometimes the most important days are the ones where you quietly keep the wheels turning.

Those are the days that build the foundation.

Tomorrow’s Focus

Maybe bring back the ad testing

Push a heavy Reddit session

Work on new content angles with Model #2

Try a fresh TikTok style for Model #4

Review monthly KPIs (we’re almost at the 2-month mark)

Day 62 felt calm.
Calm is good. Calm means the system works.

1) Profit sharing
How did you find the girls who responded to you? Were they aspiring OF models? Or even if they were aspiring OF models, how did you find them? I usually find girls on Instagram with 30,000 followers who already work with agencies, and there's no response

3) Ads for leads
As far as I understand, such advertising is prohibited on Facebook, and it is better not to pay by bank card, because Meta will flag the card and block it with every payment. Have you used any card payment services?

And a question about boosting your account: how do you earn karma and comment karma so that the subsequent transition to publishing OF models doesn't hurt your account? I farmed accounts on memes and subreddits for cats, but they got banned. How did you solve this problem?

Do you handle chats on OF and post content on social media yourself, or does someone help you?

How would you advise working with Instagram and TikTok if they are often banned, have few views, and no conversions to OF? Although the model creates excellent content (the same content is published on Instagram and TikTok)

Most of the girls I signed early on weren’t big influencers at all — definitely not the 30k+ IG girls who are already with agencies. Those ones almost never reply unless you have a huge brand behind you.

The ones who answered me were usually:
• small creators (1k–8k followers)
• girls who posted aesthetic pics but weren’t monetizing
• people who wanted to start OF but didn’t know how
• or they had started, but made almost nothing and were looking for help

Basically: people who are “aspiring,” not “established.”
Those are the easiest to sign and the most motivated long-term.

For ads — you’re right, Meta is super strict, you can’t openly advertise OFM stuff. I kept it very clean and very neutral, nothing explicit or even suggestive. Just general “collaboration / creator support” type messaging. That’s why it flew under the radar.
And yes — never use your main card. Burner cards / virtual cards are safer. Nothing fancy, just low-profile and clean. Meta doesn’t like cards that get used for 10 different things at once.

About Reddit karma:
Yeah, farming karma is annoying now because mods and the automod systems are stricter. My experience is that accounts banned from meme subs tend to get flagged everywhere. The ones I keep alive the longest are those built slowly:
• comment on real posts
• post normal pics (SFW)
• avoid spammy subs
• avoid posting more than 1–2 times per day in the very beginning

Basically treat the account like a real human for the first week.
Then slowly shift toward model content later.

Right now I do the OF chats myself only for the high-value stuff.
Most of the daily conversations are handled by my chatter with AI support. Social media posting is half automated, half manual. Depends on the platform — TikTok and IG always need more hands-on attention.

As for IG/TikTok bans + low views:
Unfortunately that’s part of the game. Even with amazing content, views can still be trash if the account has a bad trust score. A few things that help:
• warming the account for a week before posting anything “model-like”
• posting trending audio + fast cuts
• using a local mobile connection or clean residential proxy
• not deleting posts too often
• staying consistent for at least 10–14 days

The same content can blow up on one platform and flop on another — nothing wrong with the content, just different algorithms.

If her views are always low on both platforms, it’s probably an account issue, not a content issue. In that case, starting fresh with a clean device / IP combo works better than trying to “fix” a burned account.

3. Gün Güncellemesi: İlk İmzalanan Model, Gelir Artışı ve Yapay Zekanın Yardımı

Herkese merhaba,

Hi im beginner, i need your assitance easily. How you get new subscribers for you model ? Organic ?

Model #1: reliable as always
Model #2: finally got back into rhythm — lots of content today
Model #3: top performer again, she’s slowly becoming the backbone
Model #4: warming up nicely, starting to get fans that stick around
but this way, accumulating karma will take a long time

Hi im beginner, i need your assitance easily. How you get new subscribers for you model ? Organic ?
Mostly organic, yeah.

The main traffic sources are:
  • TikTok (biggest spikes when something goes semi-viral)
  • Instagram reels
  • Reddit promo in SFW subs
  • OF built-in traffic + DMs

No paid ads for fans yet, still testing.
Organic is slower, but honestly it’s way safer and way cheaper when you’re starting.

but this way, accumulating karma will take a long time
Yeah, it’s slower, but the fast methods are exactly what get accounts banned.
I’d rather take a week to grow a solid account that survives long-term than blast through karma in a day and lose the whole thing. The slow-and-steady accounts always end up making way more money.

Tiktok is good but it's a shame that it doesn't open IG links in the native app, rather it gives an error message.

So funnels from tiktok are a hit or miss

Yeah, TikTok broke the IG link flow a while ago, super annoying.
For funnels I do this instead:
  • put the IG username in text on the screen
  • add it in the caption too
  • include it in comments occasionally
  • or send people to a neutral landing page where IG is linked normally

It’s not perfect, but it still works better than relying on the “Link” button TikTok keeps breaking.

So you are using Paid ads on Meta and Mass dms on IG? How much budget do you think would be enough to sign a model from Europe? I tried IG ads with a small budget but got no results.

About Reddit karma:
Yeah, farming karma is annoying now because mods and the automod systems are stricter. My experience is that accounts banned from meme subs tend to get flagged everywhere. The ones I keep alive the longest are those built slowly:

• avoid posting more than 1–2 times per day in the very beginning
But if you comment on regular posts, for example, from other models, they won't get enough comment karma, and is it possible to somehow boost your account's karma and comment karma without having a model so that you have a pool of warm accounts?

On Reddit, is most of your content videos or photos? And how many posts do you make on average per account? How much time does Reddit take up?

I highly suggest people read through the thread before asking questions which can be answered if they did. Stop being lazy and before you ask a question read through the thread

So you are using Paid ads on Meta and Mass dms on IG? How much budget do you think would be enough to sign a model from Europe? I tried IG ads with a small budget but got no results.
Yep, I mix both, ads bring warm leads, and DMs help close the gap.

For Europe specifically, signing a model with paid ads alone is expensive. If your budget is tiny, cold outreach will outperform ads every time. With Meta, I’d say at least $50–$100 is needed to even get a feel for the right targeting. Small $5–$10 tests rarely move anything.

But honestly? A well-written DM + consistent outreach has signed me more models than ads so far.

But if you comment on regular posts, for example, from other models, they won't get enough comment karma, and is it possible to somehow boost your account's karma and comment karma without having a model so that you have a pool of warm accounts?
Yeah, commenting on other models’ posts doesn’t help much.
What works better is:
  • replying early in popular non-niche subs
  • writing simple, relatable comments
  • participating in daily prompts (AskReddit etc.)
Once you get 200–300 karma, posting in mid-size subs gets way easier.
All the best for the journey.
Thank you! Appreciate it, sticking to it day by day.
I highly suggest people read through the thread before asking questions which can be answered if they did. Stop being lazy and before you ask a question read through the thread
Haha I agree, but it’s all good. I remember being confused at the start too. I don’t mind answering, helps other beginners too.

Day 63 — Quiet Day, But a Very Productive One

Today wasn’t a big revenue day or a viral traffic day, but it was one of those “set the foundation” days where a lot of backend work gets handled.

Revenue
$512 — steady, almost entirely from renewals + small upsells.
Nothing crazy, nothing disappointing. Just consistent.

Traffic

TikTok: no viral pushes today

IG: two reels hit around 15k views

Reddit: one account got rate-limited so I rotated posting across the backups

Overall, a “flat” traffic day, but that’s normal when there wasn’t a viral spark the day before.

Models
Model #1: reliable as always
Model #2: sent a really good batch of content today
Model #3: quiet on her side but chats still pulled income
Model #4: early signs of warming up on IG (views slowly rising)

Chatter
She handled most conversations today.
I just stepped in for the big spenders and renewals.
AI prompts are now super clean — no weird phrasing, no repetition.

Feels good to finally trust the system enough to not manually read every single message.

What I Worked On

Updated posting schedules for every model

Cleaned up TikTok drafts (way too many old ones piling up)

Reworked some pic-to-video edits to look more cinematic

Pre-built Reddit templates for the next 3 days

Organized content folders so nothing gets reused too fast

Basically housekeeping, but the kind that prevents chaos later.

Mini Win of the Day
One mid-tier fan who usually buys $20–$30 content dropped $65 unexpectedly.
He said the “vibe felt more real today,” which made me laugh — AI + chatter combo working perfectly.

Mental Note for Myself
The plateau days are important. They’re where the real structure gets built.
Not every day will be viral or adrenaline-filled — and that’s okay.

Tomorrow’s Plan

Test a new TikTok format for Model #2

Try a different posting timing for IG (late-night US)

Push a small Reddit burst

Review KPIs for the week

Start preparing for a bigger content drop this weekend

Slow day, but productive.
And sometimes those are the ones that move the needle the most.

  • replying early in popular non-niche subs
  • writing simple, relatable comments
  • participating in daily prompts (AskReddit etc.)
Once you get 200–300 karma, posting in mid-size subs gets way easier.
The botbouncer often bans accounts for posting history on "ask reddit." How do you deal with that?

It's very interesting. Do you mainly post photos or videos on Reddit?

So, it's very interesting how you plan your content. You do it in Airtable. Could you share what your Reddit planner looks like?
