You need to have a sourcing agent, a warehouse who stores your items and ships them when a customer orders. There are also PandaBuy (who got raided in 2024), CNFans etc, but these are not good for dropshipping, so you would need a personal sourcing agent. :(

Of course you can contact the 1688, taobao or weidian seller as well and ask them if they can ship directly to the countries what I doubt.

The company that I work for (which I am not disclosing, otherwise it will be seen as advertising) works like PandaBuy, we order for the customer and ship it to the customer.
There are agents who do these as well, but for dropshipping. Most I know only source it and ship internationally but do not buy. But I am sure you will find one.

Yo how do you pay your supplier automatically and how does he see orders when they come in?
 
As far as I know, Tiktok is the way to go! You can also go the organic route on there if you're able to get one viral video. Alongside that, you can continue the cold DMs.

For some reason Tiktok dropshippers are crushing it!

All of my sales are done on websites, I never tried doing a WA channel, nor cold selling on IG. We have started with shopify and their default payment processor, but after a few tries and bans (I overheated it with the amounts), I came to the conclusion that you can not scale nor be stable with Shopify Payment. I would say that you have 2 solutions from here :

1. Wordpress + Cloacked WooPayments / PayPal (seen multiple other shops do this ) / Private Merchants that accept it (3k/mo)
2. Shopify as a site builder + Custom merchant, a bunch of them, but can be a big pain in the ass to set up one, as well as pricey.

I ran Facebook video ads with nice offers in 3 regions (UK/NL/IT) and had a nice ROI of 4.5X. with a marginality of 60-70% on items.

My advice for you to scale is to create a WhatsApp Private Group, where you show products, gain people, and become their high quality replicas "dealer", or to try and use one of the approaches for the website + TT or Fb ads, both work well.

Wow this is really interesting, im spending on tiktok ads the same way bhut with lower returnbs, may i ask you some suggestions on how do you have these conversions? What are the things that help you scale the most? How do you conduct product research to know what are the best products to sell?

Also, are you selling to Europe?

Really interesting, may i ask you if you were selling to Resellers or to people looking for these products directly?

Also, in your opinion what ads were working better?

I am running a replica dropshipping store and i wanted to know what is the best thing to do in order to get more sales coming in

What do you mean you cant sell replica on vinted lol that place is full of reps. One of my close friends is doing £6k a month as a side hustle selling everything branded from tops to socks and sneakers.
