Replica Dropshipping

Replica + dropshipping = high-risk squared. What usually works short-term is a clean front (standard fashion/lifestyle store), cloaked product pages, and a payment setup that's completely separate from the backend activity.
If you’re testing this, make sure the domain, traffic, and payment story all line up - that’s what keeps it alive longer.
 
I am doing replicas dropshipping myself, but we have a way different approach and I do not mind sharing my experience.

All of my sales are done on websites, I never tried doing a WA channel, nor cold selling on IG. We have started with shopify and their default payment processor, but after a few tries and bans (I overheated it with the amounts), I came to the conclusion that you can not scale nor be stable with Shopify Payment. I would say that you have 2 solutions from here :

1. Wordpress + Cloacked WooPayments / PayPal (seen multiple other shops do this ) / Private Merchants that accept it (3k/mo)
2. Shopify as a site builder + Custom merchant, a bunch of them, but can be a big pain in the ass to set up one, as well as pricey.

I ran Facebook video ads with nice offers in 3 regions (UK/NL/IT) and had a nice ROI of 4.5X. with a marginality of 60-70% on items.

My advice for you to scale is to create a WhatsApp Private Group, where you show products, gain people, and become their high quality replicas "dealer", or to try and use one of the approaches for the website + TT or Fb ads, both work well.

Currently I am in the process of developing my own cloacking service for Wordpress, so it's on a small break now.

What do you mean exactly by offer? I am just offering a discount on the stock as a specific season comes, if I understood you correctly

This kind of question makes not much sense as I can't know your budged. I had results even with 50$ a day that were scalable. Start of easy since your budge is not big, and dedicate 500-1000$ as an estimate to testing.
Different campaign settings, set ups, groups of interests, geo, creatives etc...
Start of easy, and where you see the result scale it, do not be afraid to lose a couple hundreds on just trying, worst case you can always come back to cold messages.
But I recommend you creating an identify of the store (ig/tiktok), and build credibility as this is where the scheme is transformed from a spamming operation, to a business. Moreover seek for an automation solution of the cold messages, to sustain at least one cash flow.

Solution 1 is cost effective and easy to setup then solution number 2. Also most replica sites i know of opt for solution number 1.
