Hello, I’m starting to create my own farm of Instagram accounts targeted at a specific European country. I’m planning to build something like an SMM panel, but with very high-quality accounts that are created and operated on real devices and mobile proxies. Fifteen percent of them post stories, all of them have complete profiles that are indistinguishable from real accounts. I’m planning to run campaigns with follows, likes, and comments.

Here’s my question for you... is it better to look for interested clients on my own and sell this as a reach-boosting service, or would it be better to join an SMM panel and let them handle it for me? Have you had any experience with something like this?

Nice setup, OP. If your farm is truly HQ, selling direct gets you better margins  Panels bring volume but cut profits. Test both channels and scale what sticks ;)

why stick to only instagram accounts? i say double your margins by also doing youtube and maybe others as well. Joining a panel might be tricky as well since most already have good supply only not the quality so maybe stay on your own, build a loyal customer base and just wait it out. If your quality is higher then everyone else they will come to you and then you'll have the option to get more out of it.

what city u try to and u want iphone or android ? i would advise you to do iPhone but that's somewhat harder than android

Believe me, I’ve checked hundreds of panels. Maybe only one offers reasonable services, but those are mostly US-based accounts probably controlled through cookies without the owners’ knowledge. That doesn’t help me at all, because those accounts aren’t suited to my target. Apart from that, there isn’t a single sensible service for a reasonable price. There are panels with European accounts that look okay, but they can still be distinguished from real users, and their price for 1k starts at $100, which is irrational

Don't undercut yourself if you will offer same or even better value. There are definitely clients who don't mind paying extra buck for guaranteed quality.

Yeah. I have a few clients in Europe doing exactly this, due to this reason only.

you got a good point there, these are mainly being done in usa since its so populair there. If you can prove your quality like i said it will probably be a good idea to do this and since phone farms arent that expensive you could get yourself a good business if you market it right as well

Usually, finding customers yourself will be more profitable because you can control the quality and price, but in return, you have to take care of everything like customer care, warranty, and system scaling. Putting it on an SMM panel is much easier to sell, the output is stable and you don't need support, but the price is squeezed so the profit margin is thin

Selling through a panel is simpler but cuts your profit. Finding clients yourself takes more work but gives you full control and better margins.

Panels move fast, direct clients value quality way more.

If your accounts are really high quality, selling directly usually gives you better margins and more control over how they’re used. Panels can bring volume, but they’ll squeeze your pricing and you lose the direct relationship with clients who actually value the quality.

If you are able to make your own farm and can scale operations, then go for your own SMM Panel. Or your can also try to partner with a few that are already established.

Make sure to do a warmup on the accounts. That is important. Doing actions right away could get the account flagged. Do a warmup and that should be fine.

im doing same type of this service you can contact me for a collaboration

If your accounts are truly high quality, going direct is usually worth it. You’ll get better margins and clients tend to stay longer when they know who they’re dealing with. Panels are easier, but you lose control and become replaceable.

Best to go by yourself and maybe start your own panel so people sell your service, but you don't sell the trash a lot of others sell

Hey are you still running this? Have you tested posting from these accounts? Might have an opportunity for you if this works well
