You should contact fb support, they can update/fix the pay issue in your account.

I have had the same issue from time to time. You can try the following steps. Add a new payment card and remove the old one. If you cannot add a new card, check your Payment Center to see if there is a verification request. If everything is locked, the only reliable solution is to contact Meta Support and ask them to review your account.

Be careful with your payment card and billing country and make sure they match. Otherwise when you contact Meta support they will check them first and most likely ban your account for this reason.

Try paying the odd number of the balance with the old card first, if you can't, contact FB support so they can resolve it quickly

If you do everything but still have an error → 90% of the time the account is flagged as risky. At this point, the only way left is to use a cleaner BM, or add a payment method through another account that has never been warned.

Try changing the proxy to another browser, then add a new tag and pay a small fee if it still doesn't work, contact Meta support for help fixing it.

Had the same issue before. Usually it’s either a temporary payment block or the gateway flagging the account. Try clearing cookies, switching IP/browser profile, and contacting support they can usually unlock it from their side.

I tried with another proxy but the error is still the same. Still haven't found a way to fix it.

I guess the problem is that the card is faulty, please add another card and make the new card the main card to pay.

sometimes i have the same problem, the payment process is interrupted even though there is still a lot of money in the card. the solution i usually do is replace a new card source and kick the old card out. please check it, but if this situation is still not resolved, please contact facebook support.

I usually have 5-6 cards that I use in situations like this. Because of the different origins of the cards, they are sometimes useful in paying off balances on erroneous accounts.

Try adding a new social profile to the accounts and check if that account can add a card
Or add the account to a BM and pay with the BM's card

Try clearing billing flags or swapping to a fresh VCC—sometimes their system just bugs out
