Anyone Know Why Walmart Keeps Canceling My Orders?

I’m trying to buy from Walmart, but every order I place gets instantly canceled (“We’re sorry, we had to cancel these items”). I’m using Anty (Dolphin) with a SOCKS5 proxy, a new Proton email, a non-VoIP number, and a debit card — same issue even with different items. I also tried PayPal and other payment methods with no luck. My billing address is from the Philippines, could that be the reason? It’s my first time using a proxy and an antidetect browser, so I might be missing something. If anyone with Walmart experience can help or knows someone who can, please tag them.

I believe that discussing carding is not allowed on this forum. Otherwise, if you are not using stolen cc data, you can always use your default setup with no dolphin and cheap proxy (I believe that is why they get canceled) to place an order

Carding and stolen cards is not allowed here as it is illegal, but I don't see that in their request.

Would you please share where you see that?

Well, that is not stated directly in the message, but for me it does not make sense why a person from the Philippines would like to place an order with Walmart. Moreover, Walmart has no operations in Philippines, so what else can this topic be about?
I wish I was wrong, but everything checks...

Don't they ship?

According to their website, they do not, but it might be that I am mistaken. However, the biggest discrepancy for me is that if you place an order with the same billing/shipping address in the Philippines, and the store supports it, why would you need to use an anti-detect browser and proxy?

Everyone! just to be clear: I’m not doing anything illegal or shady. I’m based outside the U.S. and simply trying to order a laptop from Walmart to be shipped to my MyUS forwarding address in Florida.

I used an anti-detect browser and a SOCKS5 proxy because Walmart often auto-cancels orders when it sees an international IP or a billing/shipping mismatch. My card is issued in the Philippines and the billing address is in the Philippines.

If anyone has successfully ordered from Walmart using a foreign-issued card plus a freight forwarder like MyUS, I’d appreciate tips on what setup actually works (IP type, browser, payment method, whether you used MyUS buy-for-me, gift cards, or a bank authorization). Thanks.
