It’s not possible to directly “ban” someone’s TikTok account yourself. The proper way is to report the account or content for violating TikTok’s community guidelines, then TikTok will review and decide
 
that could only happen if the rules are repeatedly violated. You yourself can't do it, but if videos/posts that the user has posted violate the rules, you could report them and they will go under review.
 
Focus on your own content and safety rather than trying to take others down
 
You can report it, but there would be a reason TikTok staff team would have to look into for the account to get suspended. In that case, if the account is violating TOS, then it can go through, but if its not, then you will have to see another option.
 
If the account actually violates the rules, you can report it. If you just say you don't like the account, it's difficult
 
u need mass bots. and it will cost you a lot. cause after 1 ban a lots of report bots will get banned too

Ban? you can't directly ban someone's account, you can only report and i doubt if just one person's report can be effective enough to initiate the ban but what i know that really works is "mass reporting"
 
Yes, there are tricks and methods for this, but you won't find these methods for free, as they are rare and requires a high budget to learn.
