I purchased an AWS account from the vendor, @plaka-thabab, and paid $180.00 USD.

My specific and explicit requirement was for an Individual AWS account with $1000 credit.

The product delivered breached the agreed-upon terms:

False Credit Advertising ($1000 vs. $100): The vendor confirmed the account would have $1000 credit. The account delivered only contains $100.00 credit (AWS Free Tier).

Unrequested Organization Account: The account is a restricted Member Account linked to the vendor's AWS Organization. I clearly told the vendor: "not want organization and not ask organization". The vendor delivered a restricted product I explicitly rejected.

The product is fundamentally misrepresented. The vendor is refusing a refund.

I demand a full refund of $180.00 USD.

I require assistance regarding a fraudulent transaction with vendor @plaka-thabab.

I explicitly requested an Individual AWS account with $1000 credit valid for one year.

Unfortunately, the vendor deceived me and delivered an account that:

1. Has only $100 credit valid for three months, instead of the promised $1000/one year.
2. Is a restricted Organization Account, not the requested Individual account.

I urgently request your help to mediate this dispute and ensure the return of my $180.00 USD

I provide him a Aws 1k Credit Accounts with Organization Verified Accounts.
Here is 100$ Free Credit and After finished this 100$ credit then he can use another 1000$ credit from this accounts without any problem.
I try to understand him this but he not understand this and make a dispute request.
He never asked for individual accounts.He just asked for 1000$ credit accounts then I provided him a organization verified accounts.
After delevery he asked for individual account’s.
When I say him you not asked for individual accounts then he make lots of unnecessary talking with me and request for dispute.

Admins, the seller’s repeated defenses are false and irrelevant. The contract was explicitly for a $1000 Individual account valid for ONE YEAR.

The seller delivered a $100 Organization account valid for THREE MONTHS.

Furthermore, the seller admitted the account is tied to his personal Visa card to pay future bills, exposing me to unacceptable financial liability and security risk.

This is clear fraud on all fronts (Value, Duration, Type, and Security). I request an immediate ruling in my favor and the refund of my $180.

If you checked conversation between us then you can’t find any information where he asked for Individual Aws Account.He just asked for 1000$ credit on accounts.
Then I provided him a Organization Verified 1000$ Credit Accounts.
The accounts have 100$ Free credit and validity 3 months,the accounts have also 1000$ spending limits after use 100$ free or bonus credit .
Without use accounts he say it’s not 1000$ credit accounts and make a dispute request.
