Need Help: My Binance Account Got Locked

I generally use decentralised DEX exchanges such as Tronlink and Metamask. However, if you prefer a centralised exchange like Binance, I would recommend Kraken.

Hey bro! Let’s start by talking about custodial and non-custodial wallets.
Every time you send or receive crypto to or from a non-custodial wallet, make sure to check its AML score. Non-custodial wallets don’t have their own AML checkers, so you might end up sending or receiving suspicious crypto.

If the funds are moving between internal Binance wallets, the crypto is 100% clean — it has already passed all Binance’s AML checks. But if you deposit crypto from a non-custodial wallet into Binance, it might get frozen if the wallet has bad or illegal connections.

I recommend using only certified platforms like Kraken or Coinbase — my personal favorites — and checking all crypto counterparties with Starchek. It provides great reports and lets you see wallet fund information.

an address you receive payments from or send payments to may be flagged as suspicious (for reasons such as drugs, money laundering or connections to iran, cambodia or russia). When binance receives or sends payments involving such addresses, it may close your account or require a detailed KYC/AML verification. You can use MEXC.
He can use Binance, but he needs to check every non-custodial counterparty with specialized AML risk score checkers. I like Crystal Intelligence, Chainalysis, and StarCheck — their services provide full on-chain wallet analysis and detailed reports. This helps minimize the risk of sudden wallet freezes on CEXs or DEXs.

When my Binance account was blocked I switched entirely to Bybit and also used Trustee Plus as a universal payment solution
Cold wallets are also great but if you want to remain anonymous and not compromise your device I recommend SafePal among cold wallets. metamask and trust can see what is going on with your IMEI and check your device

If you want to stay anonymous, use Monero))

Binance is a scam, it exposed its clients info to the IDF most of the people had their families or houses brought down. Then someone trying to take down Hyperliquid.

All centralized excahnges are a scam Paxful went with 3000btc from its crypto traders. Just use an escrow that you can connect Metamask and transact get paid and have disputes resolved fairly without having to lose your money or account,
Paypal is the biggest scam of all time.
Well bro everyone should know the laws of their jurisdiction.
Please use the multi-quote feature here How to Use the Multi-Quote Feature on BHW.

use Monero
Yes XMR is a great option if you don't want your address to be available to everybody. I would suggest decentralised wallets( you can search on CMC for top 10 decentralised wallet/ marchant for better hustle free transaction. If there is no middle man there is no one holding your funds. there is a popular and critical saying within the cryptocurrency community "Not your keys, not your coins" so if they hold your private key they are holding the power to your funds.

Client probably sent from a suspicious or blacklisted wallet. As others suggested, Bybit is a good alternative. I’ve been using it for years and never encountered any problems with it.

Although, to stay on the safe side, I’d recommend using a non custodial wallet like Trust Wallet or MetaMask for receiving payments from clients, because you never know where the funds are coming from.

Regarding the Wrapped BTC, you can convert it to USDT on other exchanges.

For main business account, I would just stick with either Stripe or Paypal if I were you.

I was on the accepting crypto payment train a few years ago and it has been more hassle to my liking.

Hello Friends

Let me introduce myself — I’m quite new to the cryptocurrency world.
I mainly use crypto just to receive payments from clients and pay my credit card bills — nothing fancy or advanced.

Unfortunately, my Binance account has been locked, and I really need your help or advice.

Full details here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WaMWVLGeoIpS92872YEshqQTBIUXWcVdMAWVH-kl6Yg/edit?tab=t.0

I’d really appreciate your help and suggestions:
  • Please suggest an alternative to Binance (reliable and easy to use).
  • Any good crypto merchant service where I can receive payments without sharing my personal wallet?

I’ve already tried creating an account on CoinGate.com, submitted my passport and documents, but it’s still under review.
