Need Help: My Binance Account Got Locked

Hello Friends

Let me introduce myself — I’m quite new to the cryptocurrency world.
I mainly use crypto just to receive payments from clients and pay my credit card bills — nothing fancy or advanced.

Unfortunately, my Binance account has been locked, and I really need your help or advice.

I’d really appreciate your help and suggestions:
  • Please suggest an alternative to Binance (reliable and easy to use).
  • Any good crypto merchant service where I can receive payments without sharing my personal wallet?

I’ve already tried creating an account on CoinGate.com, submitted my passport and documents, but it’s still under review.

recently i got also locked bcz of one client complaint , go to chat and explain them everything with chat and image, video proofs, they enabled me
only took like 5 hours , and 3 supports people came again and again o_O

shift to cold wallet and only use exchanges for small amounts

A while ago, a guy from Malaysia asked for my wallet details, and I shared them.
He deposited 3.124 USDT, but a few minutes later claimed he accidentally sent $3000 and asked for a refund.

That time account get locked, but after video proof, every thing get okay
But it take hours....


That's my merchant account is better. I m not sure which one...

trust walleet , exodus , save you keys somewhere safe , keys lost wallet lost
and for USDT TRC20 buy tron energy otherwise you will end up paying 4$ in fees for every transaction
 
That’s frustrating. Binance has been tightening account security recently, especially on new or region-flagged accounts. You could look into using Kraken or Coinbase for personal use, and CoinPayments or NOWPayments for client transactions — both are reputable and relatively fast with KYC.
 
I switched to Bitget after Binance froze me, no issues since and support actually replies.
 
Every account on binance Is susceptible to review
We lost account and had to move too
Binance owns trust wallet
But they don't do that shit there

Bybit is a good alternative to binance. As for the locked binance account you can contact the binance support.

The reason...

One Client try to pay us. That transition was Rejected by "Binance"

Still Client thing that we are scamming him. He reported to Binance and account is closed

Bit strange.. !!!

This type of stuff happen with.... P-pal.. it seems that Binance is working it PP

any ways, i m checking all options

How i convert into usdt or BTC..

an address you receive payments from or send payments to may be flagged as suspicious (for reasons such as drugs, money laundering or connections to iran, cambodia or russia). When binance receives or sends payments involving such addresses, it may close your account or require a detailed KYC/AML verification. You can use MEXC.

Binance is a scam, it exposed its clients info to the IDF most of the people had their families or houses brought down. Then someone trying to take down Hyperliquid.

All centralized excahnges are a scam Paxful went with 3000btc from its crypto traders. Just use an escrow that you can connect Metamask and transact get paid and have disputes resolved fairly without having to lose your money or account,

Well bro everyone should know the laws of their jurisdiction.

well, we know only one thing :)

Client sent us $2100 to do the Job
Behace reject the payment due to security reason
Client though, that some thing is wrong and he complaint
and our account get Locked

I ask the client to login to my computer, use team viewer and check it
I showed him the email, which behace sent us
but still :)

any ways, that was the story.

Now, the only issues left are

1. Binance sent the money ..
Binance Wrapped BTC
Ethereum

is it possible to convert to BTC or usdt. If yes, then lets move on

2. bybit

Just need to use properly.

at the end, i wish to conclude with comments that.. Crypto is not my cup of tea

we are using to cut the CC Bills or unreasonable processing fee's
