For many agency owners and me, consistent lead generation and client retention are the biggest pain points.
If someone offered a proven system that guarantees high-quality leads and reduced churn, it’d definitely be worth $3k/month.

Interestingly, that's a simple solution.

You simply need to go after a high quality client.

Let's say there are 2 client profiles. 1 Just recently started his business, it's unstable but he wants to invest some capital in order to get more consistent results, the issue is his business only makes $3k per month, before taxes, expenses in software, employees etc. so realistically if he has a bad month and loses 1 or 2 clients, he is cooked and will have to find ways to save money so he cancels some tools and your monthly service.

Profile number 2 has been in business for 15+ years and makes $30k+ per month in profit, he has seen it all and know you constantly have to feed the machine, so when he loses a client or 2, he doesn't panic, he knows it's part of the game so he simply keeps investing knowing the clients he lost will be replaced in a few days or weeks max.

You want to go after the 2nd profile and not mess with the 1st.

Similarly to the previous person, someone who can guarantee $6K in new business and ideally has net +30 payment terms.

This would allow me to manage cashflow and pay for the service based on the results it brings.

Hmm that would be sweet, they take all the risk of getting you new business and then get to wait 4 weeks to get paid.

That would be very nice indeed.

For example: Not knowing how to expand the market, increase customers without increasing costs too much

Long form YouTube videos showcasing your expertise and chopping them up into clips for TikTok etc. is a solid solution for that.
