Turkish iGaming is a specific beast because gambling is legally grey there which means Google's local algorithm behaves differently - it's less strict about traditional authority signals for these queries because there are no "legitimate" established players the way there are in regulated markets.
The 0 DR 0 links ranking on branded terms is almost certainly a combination of exact match domain or very close brand name match plus hyper-targeted on-page optimization for your specific brand keywords. In grey market niches Google sometimes ranks fresh sites faster because it doesn't have a strong sense of who the "real" authority is.
To go on offense - file DMCA if they're using your brand assets. Submit a brand impersonation report to Google Search Console. Get your own branded terms locked down with proper schema markup and entity signals so Google clearly knows who the real brand is.
For copying their approach - exact match or partial match domains targeting competitor brand terms is the play they're running. Not complicated, just aggressive.

I've used these methods before. The key to using this method is selecting keywords that are brand names. These keywords should be relatively new, ideally within the last 1-3 months. The easiest way to do this is simply to register domains that match those keywords.
