You really need to start verifying this for yourself. Send any orphan urls on domains you own to that service, check your access_log, and you'll see those urls receive zero Googlebot visits. No visit from Googlebot = no index.
The first two services you mention are for urls on your own sites and involve hooking up to GSC accounts, so useless for backlink indexing as the OP requested. The third service looks to be a wrapper for Sinbyte. Try again.

Sorry I don’t agree with you that they charge 100 times more, i think you need to check your math. I do agree their service is little bit expensive but their indexing service includes plenty of features that no other indexers in the market offers.

Ah yes, the indexing service you mention works on a credit system with fractions of credits used in different ways. 0.6 refers to a credit rather than a dollar. So, using their 'Starter Pack' pricing on their home page:
$29.99 / 1000 = $0.02999 per credit
0.60 of a credit for 1 url indexed
0.02999 x 0.6 = $0.017994 per url indexed
The two indexing services I use charge $0.005 and $0.002 per url respectively. The indexer you mention is still charging 3.5 - 8 times what indexers with similar indexing rates are charging.
