looks like whatever you are advertising is getting flagged automatically.
estate campaign i changed my banner 3 times but same warnings.

You just keep going up the camp and change the content and images. It will be fine.
As long as you wrap the link carefully, copying multiple camps will not have any negative effects.
Budget: Make sure your account budget isn't exhausted.
Bidding: Check that your bidding strategy is aligned with your campaign goals.
Targeting: Review your targeting settings and make sure they aren't too restrictive, resulting in no audience for your ads to show to.
This issue is not related to those. I think my account was marked as spam because i published many times.

You're posting illegal stuff. Why in the world would any platform allow that once they see it?
Because i've been advertising in this industry nonstop for two years, this is the first time something like this has happened to me.

If you have 5 “unlimited” campaigns but can’t publish more, it’s likely that the BM or ad account is temporarily under technical restrictions (which often cause signal risks or unexpected changes).
Meta often applies hidden checks when creating new campaigns, rather than showing errors directly.
Try: clear cache, log back in from a stable environment (proxy/original IP), and see if there are warnings in the ads manager about Ad Limit Reached or Publishing Error. If so, you need to “reset the signal” by taking the account for 24–48 hours.

You can check your ad copy and landing page for policy violations.
Make sure your BM, fanpage, domain, and payment are clean and fully verified.
Recreate a new campaign with a different structure or creative.
Submit a Review Request if you believe the ad is valid.
Usually, errors come from automated scanning systems, so if your ad account is also in the same BM that was reported for a policy violation before, the remaining ad accounts in the same BM will also be affected. So, you can create a clean campaign for $2-3 to refresh the violation history on those ad accounts before creating the main ad campaign. Another way is to delete the ads when they report errors instead of editing them. Then, you can share that BM with other personal profiles that have never run ads to create campaigns. Try again. Good luck with your advertising campaign.

The recent mass rejections are due to Facebook's increased moderation combined with your content being deemed saturated . To fix this, clear your cache and log in again from a stable environment (original IP/Proxy). Then check your Ads Manager: if you get an Ad Limit or Publishing Error warning, you'll need to pause your account to "reset your signal" before running again.

I do not get it, this is a BH forum "BlackHat". So here is my advice.
Review all the campaigns you have already run. If too many were rejected, your BM may have been affected, depending on the severity.
First, launch a clean warm campaign. Use just one image and the simplest possible text.
Then watch to see whether it gets rejected again. If it does not, let it sit for a long while, then replace all the content in the campaigns you actually want to run.
Be careful, careful, and even more careful.
Another possibility is that your BM has a hidden ban. There are different kinds of hidden bans. For that, you should contact Facebook Support.
Bottom line, The easiest way is to switch to another BM or ad account. It will save you time and effort.
