this does not explain at all how you confirmed on BHW and then went on telegram and said “I’m only confirming on BHW once”
How would the person on telegram know at the same time you replied to me on BHW?
That makes no sense.

You replied to someone who scammed the accuser, after they gave you a positive review.I just want to reply to all the comments
Then the accuser gets a DM from the one you replied to and ended up in Telegram Hell and got scammed.
Your DMs are also an indication there is a relationship with them.
I'm quite objective, as that is part of how I live my life and how I should operate as staff here, but I'm seeing a lot of smoke which indicates a fire.

How did the person on telegram know you sent me a message on black hat world?
Why did you confirm payment on black hat world? What did you think I was paying you for?
Why did you not tell me your telegram was hacked until after I sent a payment?

It's been well past 48 hours since I posted this and I even had support send them an email.
I'm a patient man, but this violates how we serve the community.
Dispute Summary
The accused has been permanently banned from Black Hat World for failing to resolve this dispute.

I'm sorry it didn't work out best for you and the Dispute Tread team had us hold back on banning them to see if they would do the right thing.
Going forward, protect yourself by not responding to people who send you DMs that are not paid members, operate only on the forum via DMs to buy, and understand that Crypto is not your friend if you need recourse.
