I submitted a post on black hat world asking for help reactivating my Facebook account. Ivoryclaudie replied and said to send @googleleader a message on telegram. I spoke to him on telegram and said he was lazar jr. On blackhatworld and sent me a post that had been verified by bhw. I then found lazar jrs real telegram through that verified post. Eventually I was speaking to lazar jr directly on telegram, but just to confirm, I messaged him directly on blackhatworld to confirm the payment method and he replied in blackhatworld. Once confirmed, I sent him a payment of $125 USDC crypto which was a partial payment of $200 we agreed upon. He then on telegram said he received it and would start services. The next morning he said that he had to refund me back because he can’t accept partial payment. I said OK but he never sent the money back, deleted all communication on telegram.

I messaged him on blackhatworld and says his telegram got hacked. He is lying because why didint he tell me that when I confirmed the payment on blackhatworld in the first place? This is why he wanted to keep communication on telegram.

I have all screenshots of the conversation on telegram. You will see me talking to @googleleader on telegram then eventually a group chat with @googleleader and “lazarjr then eventually it is only lazarjr. You will the telegram screenshots and also the direct messages on blackhatworld and you will see payment confirmations.

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
I asked him to provide a refund since he couldn’t complete the project. But, he said he didint receive money from me and said his telegram was hacked.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
For him to refund me the $125 he took for payment for him to fix my Facebook account and never did anything.

Information For The Accused
@Lazada Jr, you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

If your responses to this dispute do not remain prompt, your account will be banned.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, griping, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the dispute starter resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the dispute starter's favour.

you can ask admin to check my activity history on black, i haven't been online for a long time and have not been active to trade with anyone.

Lazada tele account - the person you texted doesn't even have an avatar, it's very crudely created and not trustworthy enough when you transact like that

@jayjayjay050 - how did you come to think that Ivoryclaudie @googleleader is the accused?

Their TG (worst platform in the world to do business) is not the one you contacted.

Ivoryclaudie replied to my original post & said to message @googleleader on telegram. Which I did, they then informed me of your post on blackhatworld. Once I found out it was you, I messaged you directly on telegram with the username provided on your post on blackhatworld & spoke to you on telegram. Then to confirm it was you, I direct messaged you on blackhatworld asking for the payment details, in which you replied on blackhatworld with the payment details.

Also here is a screenshot of googleader creating a group conversation in telegram with your telegram username specifically. You then are messaging me over and over again.
This is before I started messaging you directly on telegram.

This Lazada telegram account is literally the same exact username you have on your blackhatworld post you are asking people to contact you on.

Ivoryclaudie told me to message @googleleader on telegram on a post I made to help me recover my FB profile.
Then @googleleader on telegram connected me with you on telegram.
Then after I connected with you on telegram, I connected with you on blackhatworld to confirm.

I confirmed with you on black hat world prior to making the payment. Whether it was sthe 16th or the 17th is irrelevent. I confirmed on black hat world in the direct messages and you replied. Then you also replied on your telegram username you are using people on black hat world to connect with you on.

You never ever mentioned your telegram was hacked until after I made the payment & I asked for a refund.

I do not feel this should negate the fact that I messaged Lazada JR on black hat world to confirm payment & then he replied and confirmed. I would have never made the payment if he did not reply and confirm.

The question should be, why did Lazar JR confirm on blackhatworld the payment and then AFTER I made a payment and AFTER I asked for a refund he said his telegram was hacked.
Why not ask Lazar JR why he decided to confirm a payment in black hat world direct messages?

That TG account you communicated with is not theirs; it's a scammer that creates accounts and have been banned multiple times.

If you are going to do business, you need to do it in a way that makes sense, not just responding to a DM from someone that is not permitted to sell if they do not have the proper permissions (a paid membership).

This one is on you, not on the accused.

Be smart, use this platform to buy or sell, don't go to Telegram to buy ANYTHING because TG can be manipulated and that platform owner has no interest in making sure you are safe.

We do have an interest in making sure you are safe when buying or selling, so take advantage of what is in front of you instead of a third party platform which is only there to make money, and not there to make the world a better place.

Stop buying via Telegram, stop responding to people who send you DMs that are not allowed to sell and ONLY buy via DMs on this site.

You began the transaction with fruit from a forbidden tree. It's your responsibility to follow proper business practices on this forum. I suggest you do the same anywhere you shop, even it is a local street vendor, grocery store or department store.
