About 2-3 months ago, I started researching fulfillment services, and I believe I am about a month away from launching my own business here in Germany. I have savings and free time for the next 4-5 years, along with extensive knowledge in fulfillment. However, I face two major challenges:

1. Software selection for a customer interface: I am looking for a reliable provider that allows me to offer my customers live visibility into their stored inventory, shipments, returns, and real-time stock levels. Do you have any experience or recommendations?
2. Contact acquisition for project work: I want to connect with dropshippers, importers, and exporters who require handling services. What is the best approach to reach these potential clients? I am not interested in ads, but rather genuine cold outreach. Are there specific forums or platforms you would suggest?

For the software, choose systems that work well with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon. This will make it easy for clients to plug in. When you reach out to people, focus on creating relationships in specialty Facebook groups, Reddit forums, and LinkedIn. Before pitching your service, give value by sharing insights or quick victories. Over time, being consistent and really engaging will bring in the proper partners.
