You can't filter traffic from roller ads, it's a lot of porn, hence the importance of "whitening your traffic" by passing it through Twitter redirects for example. On popads.net you can filter adult traffic!

UPDATE as of 25/09/2025 site is indexed under the News tab of Google without any site operator, just the brand name......not noticed any top stories appearing so far
