My journey to 10k/month streaming music

Hey, thanks for sharing your journey sounds like you've been grinding and making steady progress, especially building your own stream farm to the point it's pulling in ~$2K/month. That’s no small feat.

Let’s break this down and talk realistically about YouTube and Amazon Music, especially from a streaming-farm angle, risk vs. reward, and what others have been doing in this space.

How can I contact you? I need to know how you’re doing yours from scratch
No one will ever give you this information for free , just a heads up … this is the result of 3 years of losses and 6 months of wins to put it in perspective.

Interesting this content ID, what is it about?

All right so let me tell you what I've learned: First shifts shouldn't be more than 6/8 hours each. 6 is good and you can use the device for 4 shifts per day (4 different shops). 20 artist on your label doesn't work, as a "label" is one entity, and your streams and listeners are shared there, so you want 20 labels, 1 artist per label, 2 tops. Also you want to distribute them on different distributors, so you lower the risks when takedowns will happen. 2k streams per month you will never have a problem with any platform, I was doing 15 millions on AM alone, just to let you understand the scale. 2k streams on spotify means from 1 euro to 5-6 tops depending on the country and account type. So if that is the scale you shouln'd worry. They won't take down your music for 1 euro.
What do you mean by 2k streams per month? Do you mean 1 device streaming 2k/months? If that’s the case won’t you be running on a loss?

hey I am on tg eldiablo_80. About the 2k streams, that is what I meant, you won't be profitable so nobody will take you down. But you referred to 2k streams for months. I used to do 12+m per month :)

If this happens it’s because you are doing too many streams and not enough artist …

i had like 18 artist for 20 phone got like 3 of them who survived idk... What distributor are u using ?
DISTRO doesn’t matter when you have too many phones and streams … for each sub you pay for , create 3-5 artists so you need at least 60 artists

What do you mean by this?
Do you mean for example I pay for 1 apple music Family subscription, I need 3-5 artists from Distrokid to stream safely and get paid?

If it’s so, then how many songs do I need from the 3-5 artists?

And since I’m using family subscription, that’s like 6 phones.

If it’s so, then how many songs do I need from the 3-5 artists?

How are Tidal payouts coming in? Is it true they only pay once per 6 months? Or is that just in the beginning? I’m like 3 months in and nothing from Tidal so far, distro says these delays are normal. Internet says the same about Tidal. I was curious how it worked for you.
