Honestly, I don't think "instant" indexing really exists anymore. Google is much stricter, especially with sites or pages created solely for campaigns in that market.

What can speed up the process, though, is:

Real content! Even if it's minimal, Google needs to "see" something useful, not just an empty landing page.

Simple backlinks—include links from social media, blogs, or forums—help Google crawl your site much faster.

Avoid newly registered domains; new ones take much longer to index.

Try not to duplicate landing pages, as they'll almost certainly be ignored.

There's no magic method, or at least that's what I've learned.
