Check your account status. Go to the settings bar and click "Account Status". It should say there if you violated anything. Normally, once you remove the videos that got flagged, the account is working good 1-2 weeks time.

Yeah a lot of creators are noticing the same looks like Instagram tweaked the Reels algorithm again. Keep posting consistently it usually bounces back after a bit.
