I'll try to keep this as short as possible.

I have some bad exerience from fiverr and the occasional seller here. I run a few websites in Sweden and need them to rank for keywords with KD <25 (most are 9-15).

What should I go for? Swedish links? A SEO link package here on BHW?

I've done decent on-page SEO on them but can't seem to get ahead still.

Any tips are appreciated!

Few strong, solid links can usually move the needle.

Also, if the websites are new, more time will be needed too for sure.

Ai first content
Great on-page
Authority

You can build local and international links and lately mentions, a lot of mentions for AI overviews.

Instead of focusing all your time and budget on guest posts for example, focus just 50% guest posts, and 50% shared between quora, reddit, youtube, forums, communities and so on.

What about the age of the websites? If it is new then you shouldn't run very fast in building links.

If it is old site then build some authority links. Also as you mentioned, swidish links would help a lot. Btw whats your website language? If it is local then country specific language would help.

I feel sorry that you got some bad experiences with fiverr, You can try here at bhw. But always be aware what you are getting.

I totally understand the frustration. Since your sites are targeting low KD keywords in Sweden, a mix of niche-relevant links and localized authority can help. Swedish links are ideal if they’re from real sites with traffic, but don’t overlook high-quality EU/US placements with strong topical relevance.

Instead of generic link packages, go for manual outreach or long-form guest posts with clean metrics and natural anchors. Combine that with continued on-page refinement and internal linking, and you’ll start seeing traction.

stong links can be a great help over spammy ones
you just pay a little more.

Go after local links, they just work better. Forget the Fiverr stuff, it’s not worth it. A few solid, relevant links will do way more for your rankings. Keep your content clean and build up slowly; that’s what actually lasts.

If your on-page SEO is solid, the next step is usually building relevant and trustworthy links. For Swedish sites, links from Swedish or regionally relevant domains often have more impact than generic ones. I’d focus on a mix of natural outreach, niche-relevant directories, and a few quality guest posts or mentions from related sites. Packages can work if they’re from reputable providers and avoid spammy tactics, but it’s worth checking the quality carefully before buying. Consistency and relevance usually matter more than volume, especially for lower-KD keywords.

Thanks for the advice. Theyre between 2 and 10 years old

I’d focus on getting a few quality Swedish links first — they tend to help a lot for local rankings.
Avoid cheap Fiverr packages; most of them don’t move the needle anymore. Try a mix of niche edits and local citations, and keep building content around your main keywords.

Buying ready-made SEO packages usually works.
