I just made a quality comment, then checked the source code, it seems like a DO follow to me... Thanks for the share.

THESE LINKS DO NOT WORK

It's hilarious how many newbies don't read between the lines, the comments of "beatupluchbox" and "dutchrebel" are far more interesting then the original post ...
But hey, more for us :D

Maybe you dont werk? I just posted. Yah they even have ajax. Its NPR after all. Dont hate on the liberal commies. They're the bestest.

To quote M.I.A. :: All I wanna do iz take yur money.

This might help some people. I hope, anyways.
<a title="enter something cool here!" href="http://yoursite.com">Join me on my twitter account. Not to mention my free blog hosting site.</a>

This is a sentence some of which is "<a href="http://yoursite.here">hyperlinked</a>" into the Internets Some of it is not. However, all of it is made up of random letters that somehow make you understand.. <a title="This is a description" href="http://yoursite.here">Nothing</a>.

The links don't show up in the page source after they are added. That means Google cannot spider them and give credit for them.

It's amazing how many retards don't real the full thread.

Why are people still blindly saying "Thanks!" "Great share bro!" blar blar fucking blar.
...
Yeah it's amazing huh? They do it because they need to inflate their post counts. What better way to do that than ignore the forum rules, ignore the fact that it makes them look stupid in this thread, and just post a short "Thanks" or "Thanks for Sharing". I'm surprised noone's started neg repping the really blatant abusers. It's really starting to get out of hand.

@OP - Too bad about the links turning out not to be so helpful. I was looking forward to getting some good backlinks. I'll still check them out though to see what Micallef might be talking about still having some other uses.

I have found 4 days ago a Autoapproved do-follow PR9!! website..with some PR8-PR7 under sites :dancing2:free from any spam..
Today i can see 1 PR8 and 2 PR7 backlinks on yahoo site explorer :D it's a feeling like hitting the jackpot :D

Dang, this was just sad. First, most of the comments I saw were coded incorrectly and it seems like the commenters' did not even bother to check what they posted. Then, there is the fact that there are hundreds and hundreds of spam comments which would take away any linkback power. However, these actually have no power at all! Simply checking the page source rather than relying on your browser plugin to highlight a no follow link would have shown you that only the first 10 comments get indexed. Here, most of you thought you were getting 4 easy pr 7 links when all you had to do was read down the thread a little to see you were wasting your time. So sad.

At least it looks like after Micallef's last post things have started to settle down. Everyone who posted "thanks for share" or "great post" looks like an imbecile unfortunately.

OMG I Found Gold Mindssss.. Thank You so much..Best share ever

Amazed that people will waste time on a method without bothering to vett it first.
