[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

How do you make these AI tweaks? Do you just tweak the prompt and how are you making these "profiles" persist?
Hey! Yeah, it’s mostly prompt engineering. Each fan “profile” is basically a little note I keep in a Google Sheet, things like what tone they respond to, past tips, favorite topics, etc. When a new message comes in, I pull that info into the GPT prompt so the reply matches their preferences.
So it’s a mix of: tweak the prompt + feed in the fan’s mini-profile + AI generates a reply. It feels personal without me having to manually remember every detail. Over time, the profiles get richer and the chats flow more naturally.

It’s not perfect yet, but it’s saving a ton of time and boosting repeat interactions.

Good luck with your journey

I would like to help or share some tips but OFM not my thing

I wish you the best
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate the support!! Even if OFM isn’t your lane, the encouragement means a lot. Wishing you success in your own journey too!

Day 23: Viral Surprise + Big Spender Alert

Today started like any other day — posting reels, checking chats, juggling content across three models. But then something unexpected happened:

TikTok Goes Viral
- Posted a quick, safe lifestyle clip for Model #3. Within hours, it blew up: 25k views, 400 likes, and dozens of curious messages.
- Most of the traffic converted to OF clicks — the engagement spike instantly boosted Model #3’s subscription rate.

High-Paying Fan Appears
- One of Model #2’s repeat fans suddenly dropped a $150 tip. Never seen that before!
- AI handled the initial reply, I jumped in to thank and upsell a small bundle. Big morale boost for sure.

Workflow Tweaks
- Updated AI prompts to include “viral traffic engagement” mode — quicker responses for new fans coming in fast.
- Made a small spreadsheet to track TikTok vs IG leads — surprisingly useful for seeing which traffic converts better.

Revenue
- Total: $275 for the day. A big jump from the usual ~$200.
- Seeing these unexpected spikes really reinforces the idea that small experiments can snowball fast.

Takeaways
- Always test new channels — you never know which one will explode.
- High-value fans can appear at any time; staying on top of chats + AI prompts is key.
- Even a quiet day can turn huge with the right content in the right place.

Tomorrow: double down on TikTok, push Model #3 content more aggressively, and experiment with a small paid ad to funnel some of the viral traffic directly to OF.

I m following your journey and seriously : You are KILLING it!! :)
Can't wait for more good news updates from you.

Thanks a lot! The encouragement really helps, it keeps me accountable and pushes me to keep sharing the real ups and downs. I’ve got some interesting updates lined up, so hopefully more good news (and probably a few bumps) soon. Appreciate you following along!

Day 24: Growth Pains – Too Much Traffic, Not Enough Hands

Well… remember how TikTok and IG started blowing up yesterday? Today I got a taste of the other side of fast growth — managing it is *harder* than I expected.

The Challenge
- Both Model #1 and Model #3 had reels hit the algorithm — inboxes went nuts, especially on IG.
- At one point, I had 100+ unread DMs across platforms. Even with AI helping, it was chaos trying to keep things personalized.
- Some replies came off a little “too scripted,” and I noticed a couple fans actually called it out. That stung — authenticity is everything in this game.

Revenue
- Pulled in $212 today (highest yet!)
- But conversion rate dipped — lots of new eyes, but not enough quality follow-ups to lock them in.
- Big spender from Day 23 stayed active though, which saved the day from being messy revenue-wise.

AI vs. Human Touch
- I had to jump in way more manually today, especially with higher-value fans.
- Started tagging convos in my sheet as [“High-value”], [“Casual”], or [“Cold lead”] so I know where to spend my energy.
- AI is amazing for scale, but I’m learning that at some point, human touch is the real glue that keeps fans loyal.

Lessons Learned
- Viral growth feels exciting, but if you’re not ready for it, you end up leaving money on the table.
- I need to tighten the workflow before adding any more models — otherwise, things will collapse under the weight of traffic.
- Considering hiring part-time help or testing more advanced chat systems, but cautious about losing the personal vibe.

Tomorrow: Going to slow down a bit, refine the system, and focus on deepening connections instead of just chasing numbers. Better to turn 100 curious fans into 10 loyal spenders than burn out trying to answer everyone at once.

Some days you dream of “too much traffic” — then it hits and you realize it’s a whole different kind of challenge.

Day 25: Order from Chaos – Converting the Surge

After yesterday’s madness, I spent the whole morning cleaning up — organizing DMs, fixing AI prompts, and tightening the system. And wow, it actually worked.

The Fix
- Created a simple priority board: [High Spenders], [New Leads], [Cold].
- Tweaked AI replies to sound more “alive” — added small personal details from each fan’s chat history so messages feel more human.
- Staggered posting times instead of blasting all models at once. Reach became smoother and easier to track.

Results
- Revenue jumped to $268 today
- Conversions back up — less chaos, more focus.
- Fans are starting to respond with longer messages again, meaning the personal touch is coming through.

New Win
- One of Model #2’s new TikTok clips hit 40k views overnight, bringing in a wave of new followers — most from Tier 1 countries.
- 3 of those followers turned into paying subs within hours. Proof that small tweaks + consistency still beat panic.

Takeaway
- Growth is fun, but control is better.
- The system isn’t about automating everything — it’s about automating the boring stuff so I can focus where it matters.
- Feeling way calmer today, more like a captain steering a ship instead of a firefighter putting out DMs.

Tomorrow: I’ll test soft-selling through story replies and maybe introduce a “mini VIP” tier for loyal fans. Time to build *depth* instead of just chasing reach.

Following your journey! Wishing you even more success! What you’re sharing is really interesting and valuable. I’m learning a lot from your posts since I’m also planning to start in this field myself.

Appreciate that a lot! Really glad you’re finding the updates useful, I’m trying to share everything as it happens so it’s not just the highlight reel. Excited to see you start your own journey too!! It’s a wild ride but super worth it once things click.

Great mindset and realistic plan. Stick to it and adjust as you go — results will follow. Subscribed to see how it unfolds!

Thanks a lot! That’s exactly the plan, staying flexible and learning as I go. Appreciate the support and the follow, can’t wait to share how things evolve from here.

Day 26: Testing Mini VIPs + Engagement Experiments

Today I decided to focus on deepening connections rather than just chasing new fans. After the last couple of days of growth chaos, it felt good to slow down and optimize.

Mini VIP Launch
- Rolled out a “mini VIP” tier for repeat fans — small perks, early content, personalized replies.
- First 5 fans signed up within a few hours. It’s a modest start but a good signal that personalization pays off.

Engagement Experiments
- Started replying to story comments with AI-assisted messages to encourage more interactions.
- Early results: higher return traffic to the OF pages and a couple new subs from casual fans who had been lurking.

Revenue
- $295 today — a nice bump from the $268 on Day 25.
- Most of the increase came from upsells through VIP bundles and active engagement with the new tier.

Workflow Notes
- AI continues to handle basic chats, but I’m stepping in more for VIP fans.
- Tracking engagement patterns on a small spreadsheet to see which strategies convert best.

Takeaways
- Slowing down to focus on quality interactions can pay off more than chasing raw numbers.
- Mini VIP tier shows fans respond well to feeling noticed.
- The system is working, but every day is a mix of AI, personal effort, and experimentation.

Tomorrow: I’ll keep testing VIP perks, try a slightly higher ad spend for outreach, and keep building the TikTok + IG traffic funnels.

Day 27: Automation Boost + Small Tech Glitches

Today was one of those “two steps forward, one step back” kind of days — good progress overall, but a few tech gremlins tried to slow me down.

Automation Boost
- Finally integrated a lightweight workflow to pre-schedule AI replies during peak hours.
- Freed up almost 2 extra hours of my day — which I used to prep better TikTok edits and improve captions.
- Early signs look promising: average response time dropped by 60%, and fans seem to be staying more engaged.

The Glitches
- My Reddit DM helper randomly bugged out mid-conversation and sent duplicate replies (not a good look).
- Had to pause outreach for a bit and clean up those threads manually.
- Lesson learned: automation saves time, but you’ve gotta babysit it a little.

Revenue
- $312 today — steady climb!
- Most of it came from Model #2’s VIP tier upsells and a couple of generous tips from repeat fans.

AI Performance
- The “fan profile” system is really paying off — messages are getting more personalized and consistent.
- Starting to experiment with emotional tone shifts depending on the fan’s mood — feels way more natural.

Takeaways
- Automation is amazing when it works and chaos when it doesn’t.
- Fans respond faster when messages drop at their active times (timezone targeting = gold).
- Building more structure around outreach is becoming a must as the project scales.

Tomorrow: Re-launching Reddit outreach after fixing the glitch, testing one new ad creative on Meta, and starting prep for a content push this weekend.

Hi @shijin ,

Thanks for sharing such a detailed breakdown of your journey — I really enjoyed reading it. Your transparency and insights into managing remote collaboration and brand growth are especially valuable.

I’m curious about a few things regarding your process:
– How do you communicate to make the girl understand that you will use her images for Onlyfans?
– How do you handle verification or account setup when working remotely?
– How often do you post content on OF to keep them engaged, and what you often do if fans on onlyfans want to escalate and ask for more pics/videos?

Appreciate your time, and looking forward to your updates!

Really appreciate you taking the time to read and ask thoughtful questions!

For communication, I’m always 100% upfront, I explain that the content will be used for OnlyFans promotion and make sure everything is clearly agreed on before anything goes live. Transparency early on saves a ton of confusion later.

For verification and setup, each model handles her own OF verification since it’s tied to her ID. I just help with the creative side, branding, posting, and chat management once the account’s verified.

As for posting, we try to keep it consistent, usually one main post per day plus some DMs and behind-the-scenes drops. When fans want more, it’s usually upsells (customs, voice notes, or themed sets). Keeping boundaries and having pre-set offer tiers makes that part smooth and still respectful.

Day 28: Scaling Pains & Strategic Tweaks

This was one of those days where I could actually feel the growth — and not just in revenue, but in how much more structured (and chaotic) things are getting at the same time.

The Numbers
- Revenue: $347 (new high for the week )
- Active chats: 142 total — AI handled around 70% of them
- Two VIP custom requests came through, both solid upsells

It’s crazy how fast the conversations pile up now. I’m starting to see what “too many good problems” looks like.

The Challenges
- Response delays started creeping in because AI batching sometimes overlaps across models.
- Spent a chunk of the day reworking message queues so fans don’t get similar responses across different accounts.
- Burnout is lurking again — not as bad as before, but I’m trying to build better systems *before* it hits hard this time.

Traffic & Content
- Reels on Model #3’s account hit 18k views in under 24h — not viral, but steady traction.
- Testing a few more “storytelling” style clips instead of plain thirst traps, and it’s working better for engagement.
- Reddit traffic dipped slightly, so I’m revisiting posting times and sub targeting.

AI & Automation
- Introduced a light sentiment tracker: if a fan sounds bored or inactive, AI switches to a “reignite interest” prompt automatically.
- Also testing auto-generated captions for reels — not perfect, but a huge timesaver.

Takeaways
- Scaling is less about doing *more* and more about fixing the cracks that appear as you grow.
- Fans really notice consistency — small daily touches keep them around longer.
- I’m realizing this whole thing is half psychology, half systems.

Tomorrow: Going to test a mini “weekend bundle” offer on OF, fine-tune the message queue delays, and maybe start prepping for a short break (so I don’t fry my brain before Day 30 ).

Congrats on your progress. Not even a month has passed and you signed 3 models and have $300+ days.

Very cool journey to follow, thanks for sharing and keeping it live.

How do you sign in to the different models OF accounts? All from the same browser?
Same question for the socials: Do you sign in from the same phone or browser or do you use an antidetect browser or ..?
