I’ve seen faceless channels blowing up with shorts and compilations, but my channel barely gets traction. Is it all about niche selection or video editing tricks? What niches are still safe and not oversaturated? Would love to hear from anyone who actually scaled a faceless channel in 2024/2025.

Via YT itself, you have to have good content. It's all about the content. Anything that hooks the viewer and doesn't make them swipe away. Use bs sound effects and visual effects for that retention. English speaking audience targeting would go well since that usually brings higher RPM, So I hear.

Even if YT is blocking you from getting monetized, you can still make money via clipping or music deals. Clipping pays more but the content is more restricted, still nice to get into and isn't so bad from what I see from time to time. Music deals pay a lot less but it's literally just add some music and that's all you have to do to make money.
