how much does vps like that cost? I have tried multiple providers but I feel like they were over charging me in past

It really depends on the provider, but for the VPS I’m using (Windows, 8GB RAM, 4 cores), the cost is around $35–$45/month.
Some providers do charge higher for basically the same specs, so it’s worth testing a couple and checking stability before committing long term.
For me, as long as it runs GSA + Scrapebox smoothly 24/7 without constaAttach filesnt downtime, I consider that a fair price.

( I have three more copies which I should fireup soo)I don’t filter out link lists or scrape because I don’t have the time. Instead I subscribe to a few list providers long term which I find cheap and it saves me a lot of time.

Pretty much the same as your setup. For content I only use AI. All my money sites and SEO campaigns are built with either SEO Content Machine with Gemini/GPT or GSA Content Generator. No guest posts. Some of my sites share links within the network but I wouldn’t call it a PBN since all of them are money sites.

After Google cut down the 100 results it’s actually a blessing for SEOs like us. The biggest challenge I face is buying emails. Even though I use my own catch-all, I still prefer major providers like Hotmail or Gmail. Other than that everything works great.

I’m following your journey and wish you good luck. The most important thing in my opinion is consistency. I don’t build a huge number of backlinks per site, but I always keep an eye on the ratio of new backlinks versus lost ones. Consistency is everything.

Wow. How are you able to set up so many different projects? What do you use fro author profile bios and everything? It takes me up to an 45 minutes to set up one tier.
Also how often do you change emails?

Thanks for sharing your workflow — always interesting to see how others are running SER at scale.
I can totally see the upside of sticking with reliable list providers. Saves a ton of time versus scraping/cleaning everything yourself. For me, I still prefer to run some filtering through Scrapebox, mainly because I got burned early on with bad lists and lost a bunch of Tier 1s. But yeah, if the provider is solid, that’s a huge time saver.
On the content side, I’ve been experimenting with AI too. I agree with you — for Tier 2/Tier 3 it’s usually good enough, but for Tier 1 I still like to tweak the spintax a bit just to avoid obvious garbage.
The email part — 100% with you there. Even catch-alls can be hit or miss. I’ve found Hotmail batches to be more stable than Gmail recently, but they’re getting harder to source at scale.
And consistency — couldn’t agree more. I’ve noticed when I pause link building for even 2–3 weeks, rankings tend to slide faster than I’d like. Keeping that steady ratio of gained vs. lost links makes a big difference.

Yeah, I had the same issue before. For German stuff, spun English doesn’t really work on .de sites — even simple German content on Tier 1 performs way better. Also, if you’re running public lists on Tier 2, most of those links die off fast. Once I switched to cleaner lists and proper content, I finally saw movement.

If your first tier is just Web 2.0s, that’s usually why you don’t see results. I’ve even seen some start working only after 5 months. I’d wait at least 4 months before judging. If it’s not moving into the top 100, I don’t really track. I just watch for new keywords showing up in Webmaster (kind of like free Ahrefs).

There are other factors too. If you rely on GSC there are drawbacks, plus content quality matters a lot. I don’t use indexers myself and I don’t depend too much on Web 2.0s. Instead, I focus on contextual tiers inside GSA.

Which indexer are you using? For my niche (I work in health niches) this setup works great...

Following..I had a site which is ranked for lot of keywords and the keywords are still ranking for the site. and earned a lot with adsense.. similar to your seo strategy..no manual links..just gsa links..however I got hacked and I lost the site..back up everything.. lesson learnt..

Now again creating a new site, looking forward to upgrade my xevil for best gsa ser setup

While Gsa search engine ranker is a great gsa captcha breaker is not most effocent to break captchas. Sure it still can break simple captchas but if you have zenno or xevil you can break lot of captchas including recaptchas..or least try to get a cloud recaptcha solver as you going to loose many high quality links in your verified link lists.

I see your point. SER does handle a lot of that automatically once you throw the raw list in. The main reason I pre-filter is just to keep the projects lighter — when I dumped huge messy lists before, my LPM dropped and SER got sluggish.

theres no real reason to track lpm at all, especially when youre making a list via a test project

Use Xevil or Capmonster for those sort of captchas. GSA captcha breaker fails at anything with that much distortion.

I see. That's really disappointing to hear, especially since I just bought it. Now I can't publish my backlinks for the time being.

I used GSA with Death By Captcha for a long time when doing bulk backlinks, and they integrated seamlessly. Maybe that will work for you.
