Hi everyone!

I’ve previously worked as a webcam operator in a studio, and about three months ago I posted an ad looking for a webcam model to stream with me from my apartment. She would work as the model, and I would take on the roles of operator, moderator, manager, marketer, photographer, etc.

We’re starting on Saturday (10/04), and my plan is to stream the model live on about 20 webcam sites.
I’d love to get help and ideas from anyone with experience in this, on how to make the most of this opportunity and maximize revenue.
The fact that we can drive new clients to the sites through affiliate marketing and even earn a lifetime 20% from their spending is great, but I’ve hit a bit of a roadblock here. I’m open to ideas and also to potential business partners!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to read this! Be kind and have a great day!

Start strong by engaging viewers live chat, giveaways, and shoutouts work best. Promote your streams outside the platforms (socials, groups) to bring new traffic. Use affiliate links with exclusive offers to encourage sign-ups. Track what content and times perform best, then focus there. Collaborate with others to expand reach. Consistency and interaction are your biggest assets.

I tested having models do short TikTok teasers that funneled traffic back and it was insane for conversions.

I was long time ago a studio manager, hiring/firing keeping track of finance salaries etc , to be honest i would not do manage cam work again but i would have a agency of OF models and i would manage that , with TikTok,Instagram you can get so much traffic if your content is right
With OF if you know how to engage her subscribers the big bucks is in private message chat where you get private request, i find OF model better then have them stay in front of the camera for hours on end !

The best method to make the most money is to focus on high-quality material, steady streaming, effective social media promotion, and creating a dedicated fan base through engagement and upselling.

20 sites is a lot to manage initially. you'll get better traction focusing on 5-7 high-traffic ones and building from there. affiliate marketing is a nice bonus, but your primary revenue will be from the cam traffic itself. don't spread yourself too thin.
