working and trusted JAP for 8 years now, spent close to 20 000$, and since a year it's become the worst panel

80% of their services are not working, they don't allow me to test few services before reselling, they ask me to pay each services I want to test, so I test and most of services I test are just not working, and then they don't want to cancel the orders, even the order with Auto Refill xx days are not refilled and not refunded

The support on whatsapp troll me each time I send list of order cause "lmao it's few cents and you are crying to get the money?", it's very unprofessional
Please I really need a replacement for my websites. I lost half of my customers in a year cause all their orders are turning into "completed" without a single view/like added and I have to waste time again and again on support to hoping getting a refund.

Even when I report service which are not working at all, the service is never disabled and still online a months after, why are they acting like that?
Please explain me how they turned into the best website to this scammy panel, I don't understand,

Sometime I have to waste 30 days and create 5 tickets as they close them telling "order refilled" when nothing is refilled, and they having fun cause it's 0.10$ order or even 1-2$, as if it was ok to scam my customers only cause their order are small quantity

LOL literally what i just did and now am finally giving up, but my order was $20, they said the views dropped so no refund, but it was suppose to be guarenteed (lies)

JustAnotherPanel is just a reseller with poor quality of support and they are just not testing their own services before adding them. The problem with them is that they take like 10-20% profit per order tho...

I hate him. Services are so bad. Currently I am buying from a provider but IG follower are even there not working even with high price directly from one provider source.
There is not THE PROVIDER but there are many provider of services directly to that panels as JAP SMMF REALSMM etc..

Sorry that happened to you, but why would you invest $800 before making sure their service actually works? You should have tested it with a smaller amount first, and only invested more if the results were good.

We tested JustAnotherPanel's services, and for the first few days, everything seemed fine. However, about 6 days after the orders were completed, all TikTok views were completely dropped. Despite their service description promising a "non-drop" guarantee with refills, their support only sends standard, templated responses and takes no action. (Screenshot attached)

Sounds like you’ve reached the point where the panel is no longer reliable, and no matter how much history you have with them, if quality and support are gone, you’re better off moving on. Panels can decline when they lose solid providers or stop reinvesting in infrastructure. The best move now is to look for alternatives that let you test before reselling, have clear refund/refill policies, and provide real support otherwise you’ll keep losing both money and clients.

I obviously have screenshots and much more shameful exchanges that I'm not posting and would only post in case they see this thread and decide to ban me or try to attack me in retaliation, but this thread is necessary to find a new supplier and I have tried to talk to them and find a solution for the orders that do not work, and they ignore me every time, and the rare times they respond to me, the conversation quickly becomes virulent and I am accused of abuse even though I have worked in the same way with them for 8 years.
