Used this service several times. I wanted to buy a long term number for 3 months costing 26.60$. I made a crypto deposit exactly the amount they asked. They charged me 0.02$ fee out of nowhere. I told them to revoke it and give me a credit as its just 0.02$ and minimum deposit amount is 5$. They DENIED. Now i have to deposit 5$ in order to cover that 0.02$?? Just terrible customer service wont be using them again

Depending on the crypto currency you used there would be an additional transaction fee shown on the order page. If there was no transaction fee listed on the order then the fee you encountered was charged by your wallet provider for the payment. You are credited based on what we receive.

The rental number last for the duration of your rental period. If you rented a number for 30 days, you have access to that number for 30 days. If you let a rental expire then we make no guarantees that the number will be recoverable. Numbers we no longer need are returned to the phone carrier we got them from and they control the use and distribution of that number from that point on.

In most cases that error isn't caused by the number as all of our number are normal cell numbers from US carriers. I would recommend you send in a ticket so our support team can look at it in more detail.

This feature is already available for our verification numbers. If you are asking about actual rental numbers then we would need more details on the length of the rental per line.

As the verification is actually through a phone call you would need to select it from the Voice verification section. However we don't keep a very large voice verification stock so supply will be limited.
