Hello everyone, I have been running my replica store for 2 years and I have been using stripe for the past 2 months without any issue and no cloacking. The approach i take is by sending payment links to my customer which worked well so Stripe cannot see what i actually sell, and today i got instant payments from Stripe where I can now cash out immediately. So my stripe account is now warmed up.

Anyone who has little to much experience with Stripe I have a few questions because Im planning to link stripe api to my replica website because not every customer trusts payment links.

One of my competitors who is selling replicas is using stripe for more than a year without issue. He was willing to give me some little advise and told me that I should not mention any words on my website such as Replica or Unauthorized authentication sneakers.

Yes I know its illegal to sell replicas with Stripe but Im willing to take a risk, now people ofcourse will advise me cloacking, but im looking for an urgent short term solution. My competitor told me that he is not cloacking so would you guys recommend me to connect my stripe account to my website api and accept payments with my warmed up account. Also my disputes are 0% i get no complaints and all satisfied customers so i think this will help as well. I also have official company details in stripe so i also think this gives stripe better trust.

Do you think as long as i have nonchargeback, no refunds with a warmed up account that i should be good with using Stripe? Or should i not risk my warmed up stripe account an use a new stripe account? Will Stripe radar start kicking in when i get disputes or refunds for example?

Any advice would be appreciated since there are competitors not cloacking.

This is more like a short term solution for me. Ofcourse if im looking to scale i will find a long term solution.

Be careful selling replicas is against the law and will eventually get your Stripe account terminated. Even if competitors are doing it, it’s not risk-free.
Yes I am 100% aware of that but to minimize the risk besides cloacking, what would you suggest? Since i can cashout immediately I will have nothing to lose. And will stripe radar only kick in when i have chargebacks or refunds for instance? And do you think to minimize risks should i provide a legal website to stripe business details?

Once Stripe sees what you are doing, and the odds are good they will, they will disassociate with you.

Either cloak, or send people to a different site with legal content and have people pay there, but you still have to hide the misdirection.

Due to my position on the forum as staff, I'm not permitted to do that, but there are good ones that advertise here and are recommended by other members.

I appreciate your help, do you think mixing my website with non branded products and branded products will help? For example i have seen competitors they show up non branded items on homepage, but on catalog pages they show replica. Will mixing help reduce the chances to get banned?

To be totally frank, I'm not a huge fan of replicas, but I'm a huge fan of helping.

If I were to venture in that world, I would have my replica site that I would drive traffic to.

At checkout, I would have the checkout redirect several times, using random redirects to a page with real products, but those pages would not matter, as I would have the client go straight to the checkout page.

There are significantly more smarter people than me, who have experience in that aspect of IM, so let's see if they see this thread and help out.

I can game systems, I can spam platforms, I can go on the edge in a lot of IM areas, I've never done replica as that is against the law where I live.

Start with small test orders and legit product documentation to convince their review team.
Have you been taking this approach as well? And does it still work for you without cloacking?

start using a cloak already

Does anyone have a cloaking solution for Stripe?
There are none.

You can fool Stripe easily by having their webhooks send to and from Telegram or any other messaging platform or rerouter link, but in the end, if you receive chargebacks/strange payment patterns - you will be taken down.

Trust me on that lol

Ah, yes, that makes sense. Stripe is a bit like Shopify Payments. Do you have any PSP solutions?

Been dropshipping reps for 6 years. I realized that I don't want this biz no longer. It was easy to start but every effort for scaling will be pointless. My domain got taken, ad suspended, social media acc banned, paypal, stripe suspended. (6k held in paypal and can't get it back even after 180 days) I build my own html website from the beginning. Now my payment processor is none, I take personal transfer and bitcoin and revenue come mostly from repeat customers. If you want to go big, should look for something "clean"

Personally I have tried that before with stripe sending payment links and all was going good till stripe send an email stating they could not do business with me anymore. Trust me there was no charge back.

Yes, Even if it gets banned you can register stripe under a different company. last year my stripe was banned via high chargebacks it took me a while to get it back but what i did is register stripe on a different company and slowly warm that up again.

you wanna play it safe? just make an LLC and slowly take in orders.

I agree with your idea as am also planning to do this. The company isn’t being banned on stripe and not the individual.

yes, just like what u said, should connect with cloak would be ok
