[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

Amazing journey You got here mate, it seems like You have a lot of expirience in this field since it got up and earning so fast, keep going.
Thanks! Honestly, I’m learning most of this as I go, just moving fast, testing a lot, and sharing everything here. The quick start has definitely been motivating though.
Using OFM + AI tools to transform zero beginnings into meaningful growth, the [Journey] From $0 to... Hopefully Something demonstrates how consistent effort, learning, and adaptation can transform zero beginnings into meaningful opportunities.
Well said! That’s exactly the goal, keep experimenting, learning, and turning small wins into something bigger over time.

Day 14: Burnout Knocking, But Still Pushing Forward

Not gonna lie, today hit different. Two weeks in, and the excitement is still there… but so is the fatigue.

Reality Check

Juggling 3 models feels like running 3 mini-businesses at once.

Between ads, chats, posting schedules, and onboarding new content, I caught myself staring at the screen for 10 minutes just trying to remember what task I was supposed to do.

It’s that early-stage grind where you can’t switch off, even when you’re supposed to sleep.

Revenue

$114 today — solid, but lower than the last couple of days.

Fans are engaging, but conversions felt slower. Might just be weekend vibes.

AI to the Rescue

I leaned harder on AI today than ever.

Let it handle 70% of chats so I could step back and reset.

Even tried setting up a “wellness reminder” inside my workflow — every 2 hours it pings me to stretch, breathe, or grab water. Sounds silly, but it helps.

What I Learned

Burnout doesn’t mean failure — it means I’m pushing at the edge of my limits.

Systems matter more than hustle. If I don’t build processes now, the cracks will get bigger later.

Even a “meh” day still moved the journey forward, and that’s what counts.

Next Steps

Test $30/day ads tomorrow to see if scaling keeps revenue steady.

Finish setting up a simple CRM so I don’t feel like my brain is on fire tracking leads.

Block out 1–2 hours daily as “no-screen time” so I don’t burn out completely.

Sometimes growth feels amazing, sometimes it feels heavy. Today was the latter, but I’d rather share the real story than just the highlights.

Nice plan — focus on consistent outreach, test different messages/offers, track conversions closely, and scale what proves profitable; always stay transparent and follow platform rules.

Appreciate that! Yeah, I’m trying to stay disciplined with tracking so I know what’s actually working before scaling too hard. Outreach consistency has been the biggest driver so far, so I’m doubling down on that.

Day 15: Reset, Refocus, and a New Momentum

Yesterday I was on the edge of burnout — today I woke up, grabbed coffee, and decided to treat this like a business, not a sprint. And wow, that shift worked.

Fresh Systems, Fresh Mind

Built a simple Google Sheet CRM last night — leads, follow-ups, chat statuses. No more losing track of warm prospects.

Set a rule for myself: 2 focused work blocks (AM + PM), no more frantic all-day multitasking.

Took a proper break midday — walked outside, came back with way more energy.

Revenue Bounce

$142 today — biggest day yet!

Model #3 pulled in her first repeat spender already, which was a nice surprise.

Model #1 and #2 are both converting better now that I’m consistent with posting again.

Ads + Outreach

Scaled ads to $30/day. CTR held steady, cost per lead stayed under $0.12.

Signed 2 new warm leads for calls this week — might turn into Model #4 soon.

AI Magic

Tweaked the chat prompts again to make convos feel even more playful — got 3 extra tips today just from better engagement.

Scheduling automation is now fully running — posts went live while I was away from the screen.

Takeaway
Burnout is real, but coming back after it feels like leveling up. Today was the first time it felt like I’m running a machine instead of just chasing tasks.

Tomorrow: start prepping Model #3’s first paid promo push, keep ads running at $30, and close one of those warm leads. Momentum is back.

Day 16: Viral Surprise + First “Big Tip” Day

Today felt like one of those rare days where everything clicks — and then overdelivers.

The Viral Moment

One of Model #3’s reels blew up overnight — nothing crazy, but hit 12k views in less than 24h.

Her follower count jumped by +300, which is a huge leap compared to her usual slow climb.

DMs were full of new leads, so I spent the morning just filtering and chatting.

Revenue Spike

$197 today — biggest single day so far!

Got my first $50 tip from a new fan. Totally unexpected and probably the highlight of the day.

Model #1 also had her best day ever, so it was a team win across the board.

Ads + Outreach

Kept ads at $30/day, but lead quality was noticeably better today (maybe thanks to the extra organic buzz).

Signed another warm lead — might onboard Model #4 by end of the week.

AI Helps Me Scale

AI handled almost all DMs while I focused on ads and content scheduling.

Experimented with “reactive prompts” for fans who mention specific kinks/interests — engagement shot up.

What I Learned
Sometimes growth doesn’t come from ads or perfect funnels — sometimes you just get lucky with the algorithm, and it reminds you why you keep posting daily.

Tomorrow’s plan: ride the viral wave, post another similar reel, and see if I can break the $200/day mark.

How dose AI reply to your messages?
I use AI to pre-write replies based on past conversations and each model’s personality. It doesn’t fully automate everything, I still review and send most messages, but it saves a ton of time and keeps chats consistent.

Love your determination. May I ask why are you signing more models, and why not just focus on more traffic and scale existing? Where do you live? Why not more organic traffic. Btw 12k is not viral, but it’s definitely a win when you starting out. Also scheduling makes your reels reach less and a lot harder to grow. Try acting as human as possible with the social networks.

Thanks! Good points, I’m signing more models mainly to diversify income streams so I’m not too dependent on one account. I am focusing on traffic too, but having multiple models makes the whole thing more stable long term.

I’m testing organic traffic alongside ads, reels are definitely part of the mix, though I’ve noticed what you said about scheduling. I might start posting manually during peak hours to see if it helps boost reach. And yeah, totally agree 12k isn’t “viral” by big standards, but it felt huge compared to the usual numbers, little wins keep me going.

In my case models it’s what’s causing the burnouts. Once you have the product = traffic it’s easy to get models, the word spreads itself, they all know each other, and you could add the clause in your contract for them to do the outreach for you. Handle traffic take one source to perfection. A good case study with one model will open a lot of doors. Scaling horizontally and not vertically means you don’t have an actual product. Wish you luck

That’s a really solid perspective, thanks for sharing it. You’re probably right that focusing on one model until the system is airtight might save me headaches (and burnout) long term. I like the idea of getting the traffic piece dialed in first and then letting results attract more models naturally.

I’ll keep pushing with my current three since they’re already onboarded, but I might slow down signing new ones and put more energy into making one model a proper “case study” like you suggested.

Day 17: IG Flagged My Posts + Ads Rejected (Chaos Day)

Well… today was the first “oh crap” day in this journey.

The Bad News

Logged in this morning and saw two reels on Model #2’s account flagged for “sexual solicitation” — they weren’t even that spicy, just suggestive.

Reach tanked immediately, and engagement dropped by 40% on the next post.

To make it worse, my Meta ad got rejected mid-day for “adult content” (even though I was only promoting DMs to models, not explicit content).

Revenue

$86 — lowest day in a week. Definitely felt the hit from the IG flag.

Model #3 still pulled a few tips, so that saved the day from being a total zero.

Crisis Mode

Spent half the day appealing the IG flag (no luck yet).

Tweaked ad creative to make it 100% safe (no suggestive images, just text + generic lifestyle pics). Hoping it gets approved by tomorrow.

Pivoted to Reddit promo and got some quick traffic — saved a couple subscriptions.

AI Still Saved Me

Despite the chaos, AI kept chats alive. Without it, I probably would’ve made $0 today.

Added a quick “emergency DM follow-up” prompt to re-engage cold leads since organic traffic was down.

Takeaway
This is exactly why I’m documenting the journey — some days just punch you in the face. But it’s also a reminder to diversify traffic and not rely only on one platform.

Tomorrow: focus on fixing IG reach, getting ads live again, and maybe testing TikTok to make up for the dip.

I woke up with the same issues and many times before, I suspect IG is shilling their verified check and enhanced support, I get false flagging all the time, just learn to deal with it. Remove the link in bio before appealing helps. Instagram is not fair remember that, I’m well aware of TOS and I don’t break the rules its just their thing…Appeals also aren’t fair its lottery at most. Also a note, IG support is useless, they just confirm what already shown and tell you to wait. This happens on established accounts over 100k followers, over 10 million reach, on 5g mobile internet dedicated devices…It’s always kinda messy but it works, don’t lose hope!

What AI are you using for your chats?
I’m using a mix, mostly GPT-based setups fine-tuned with each model’s "voice". I don’t just let it run fully on autopilot, but it handles a big chunk of replies and keeps convos flowing when I’m busy.
How many Reddit accounts do you have?
Right now I’m keeping it simple with just a handful of Reddit accounts. I rotate them to stay safe, but I’m not running at huge scale there yet, mostly testing what sticks before going bigger.

Yeah, I think you’re right, sometimes it feels like IG is pushing people toward verification. Good tip about removing the link before appealing, I’ll try that next time. You’re spot on about appeals being a lottery too, definitely learned that the hard way. Thanks for the encouragement, I’ll just keep rolling with the punches.

Day 18: A Little Redemption — IG Back, Ads Approved, Revenue Up

After yesterday’s mess, today felt like a small but very welcome win. Nothing crazy, but definitely signs of life again.

IG Recovery

Engagement crept back up — posts are now getting about 70% of their usual reach instead of being completely throttled.

Took Banovicb’s advice and pulled the link before appealing… not sure if it helped, but at least the flag hasn’t spread to more posts.

Lesson learned: IG can flip on you anytime, so I’m spreading risk harder into other platforms.

Ads Approved

New ad creative finally got approved (super safe, lifestyle pics + basic copy).

$25 spend today brought in 5 leads, 2 of which turned into solid convos.

CPC is a bit higher now ($0.14 vs $0.11 before), but worth it for the stability.

Revenue

$128 today — much better than yesterday’s $86.

Model #1 landed another tipper who dropped $30 in one go.

Model #3 is really starting to build momentum after her reel pop earlier this week.

AI Keeping It Smooth

Used AI to build “conversation branches” for different fan types (flirty, casual, high-spender). Feels way smoother when scaling multiple chats at once.

Had 3 fans chatting simultaneously without me losing track, which would’ve been impossible before.

Takeaway
Yesterday was the slap, today was the pat on the back. Feels good to see recovery this quick, but also a reminder to never depend on just one platform.

Tomorrow: keep ads running at $25–30, post more consistently on IG + Reddit, and prep Model #2 for her first promo collab.

$25 spend today brought in 5 leads, 2 of which turned into solid convos. - what do you mean convos? subscribers or girls to collaborate?

By “convos” I mean actual leads I can chat with, some are potential models to collaborate with, some are fans who might become paying subscribers. So basically it’s the first step before conversion into either.
