So basically honista is a pro version of Instagram goto Google/YouTube and search it
but you sure this app can recover deleted message from instagram
my app still have data and documents (show in settings- iphone storage - instagram) can i use it for recover message?

You can try downloading the data from the settings. sometimes deleted messages show up in the data file if they haven't been completely removed.
you mean use the function download data in settings of app instagram?

It doesn't work. There's no way to recover deleted messages.

You could try requesting your Instagram data download from the settings. Sometimes deleted messages may still show up there if they haven’t been fully cleared.

I don’t think Instagram lets you bring back deleted messages once they’re gone, but you can try checking your email notifications or downloading your data from Instagram settings

hi once Instagram messages are deleted, they’re pretty much gone. Sometimes the other person might still have them, so you could ask. Otherwise, Instagram doesn’t offer a way to recover deleted chats. Sorry, no magic fix here.

If you really need them recovered, you would need to contact Instagram support through the app settings. I know a case where someone I knew had done that and they did get the messages. It was a process you have to follow.

You can only try to recover deleted Instagram messages by downloading the data from Download Your Information in settings, there is no other official way.

As far as I know, once a message is deleted on Instagram it can’t be restored directly.
