Thumbs down to all the bots answering my threads

The staff does not mute people.

Warnings, which are in place to be educational and not punitive, will stop your access to a sales thread if they have not expired, but none stop a person from being active and sharing on the forum.

Perhaps I don't understand what you are saying though.

I'm referring to bots only which people spam with for Im not even sure what reason? Perhaps to make themselves look good.

I'll make a post and you get bunch of A.I bots responses cluttering stuff. If we had mute(not warning system only mods can access) directed by the amount of downvotes/thumbs down such thing could be set automatically thus reducing the amount of spam. Hope that clarifies

We had the downvotes think years ago and it got abused as members who didn't like others downvoted without any real reason.

Reporting those that just AI bot on the forum helps the staff to see issues, as we are not omniscient and don't always see them.

It's like this, you live in your community and you see someone throw a candy bar package that was tossed out the window instead of that person being responsible and putting in the trash bag at their home.

You pick it up because you want your community to be clean.

Do the same here as we are a community, and you are a part of the community.

I remember the reputation system fondly and although it was abused it was fun.

Remember also there is an ignore facility if you want to mute a member so that you don’t see their content, that will probably work for you.
