Is “Account Warm-Up” Overrated?

Every guide says you must warm up accounts for days/weeks before posting links or scaling. But honestly, I’ve seen people skip the whole process and still grow fast without bans, while others waste weeks warming up and still get clipped.


So I’m wondering… is warm-up just an overhyped ritual, or is it actually essential in 2025?

Depends on your setup, TikTok no, IG yes, you need to train it a bit to what’s your about at the beginning. Don’t overdo it try mimic human behavior. Posting links soon is also a potential problem. Anyway just start you will sense what’s right eventually.

TikTok nah, IG works. Just warm it up slow, act human. Links too early = red flag

from what i have seen, accounts that warmed up before are less likely to encounter issues such as not spending or spending little, or being rejected, compared to other accs. But don't know if you guys feel the same as me, but I think it's quite necessary
