[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

Day 3 Update: First Signed Model, Revenue Boost, and AI Helping Out

Hey everyone,

Day 3 has been a pretty exciting one. Finally got my first signed model! Honestly, that alone made the day feel like a huge win.

First Signed Model
- After a couple of calls and follow-ups, one model agreed to work with me.
- Spent some time walking her through the setup and expectations. It’s small, but actually signing someone feels unreal.

Revenue Boost
- Already saw a small bump in revenue today thanks to early subscribers and a mini upsell. Nothing massive yet, but it’s proof that the system can work.

AI Helping Scale Chats
- AI has been amazing for keeping conversations organized. Using ChatGPT to draft personalized follow-ups saved me a lot of time.
- Still tweaking prompts because some lines sound too stiff, but adding a little personality makes them way more natural.

Thoughts / Lessons
- Signing your first model is huge. It’s motivating and shows that persistence pays off.
- Small revenue wins, no matter how minor, keep the energy up.
- AI is a powerful helper, but personal touches are what keep conversions alive.
- Momentum feels good, but the grind isn’t over — consistency is key.

Feeling pumped to see where this goes. Tomorrow I’ll focus on content flow, social posting, and refining AI chats even more.

Good luck...l will be following your journey, please don’t ghost us keep us posted

Congrats on first client :) That's gonna be a massive confidence boost lol
Thanks! It really does make the grind feel worth it. Huge confidence boost for sure.

Appreciate it. I’ll keep posting updates and make this journey interesting to follow.

Thanks a lot. I’m not going anywhere, I’ll keep sharing updates as things move forward.

Day 4 Update: Wins, Chaos, and AI Being Weird

Hey everyone,

Day 4 was… kind of a rollercoaster. Some tiny victories, some AI-induced headaches, and a few moments where I just had to laugh at myself.

Outreach Adventures
- Fired off about 35 messages today. Got 6 replies, 3 of them actually interested.
- Booked a second call with a model — feels surreal that someone actually said yes without me sweating through a million follow-ups.

Content Chaos
- Set up a mini posting schedule for IG and TikTok to at least pretend I’m organized.
- AI helped me brainstorm captions. Some were pure gold, some were hilariously terrible (think cringe-level flirting suggestions).
- Reels are getting a few likes. Not viral, but seeing people interact makes me feel like a tiny social media god.

AI Shenanigans
- ChatGPT is saving my sanity for follow-ups and chat management.
- Sometimes it writes stuff that makes me question if robots have a sense of humor… or a weirdly bad one.
- Still tweaking prompts to make it sound less like a stiff robot and more like a human who’s trying to be charming.

Random Thoughts
- Consistency > perfection. Even the weird AI lines don’t matter if I keep showing up.
- Human touch is still king. Personalized messages get the best responses, even when AI drafts most of them.
- Tiny wins feel huge. Each reply, each small payment, each little interaction is a reminder that this is actually happening.

Tomorrow I’m planning to experiment with mini promos, refine AI templates, and see if I can turn some of these awkward AI lines into actual charm points. Feeling nervous, excited, and slightly caffeinated.

Day 5 Update: First $$$, Scaling Chats, and AI Redemption Arc

Hey everyone,

Day 5 was the first day that felt like a “real” business. Things are still small, but there’s finally some money coming in — and yes, I might have celebrated with an overpriced coffee.

Tiny But Sweet Revenue
- Got my first paid interactions today!
- Total earnings: $42. Might not sound like much, but it’s proof this can work.
- Seeing that first payment hit was a *massive* dopamine boost.

Outreach & Model Progress
- Chatted with yesterday’s lead and officially signed my first model!
- Helped her set up content schedule — she’s excited, which makes me more excited.
- Outreach still going steady: ~30 messages sent, 4 replies, 1 new warm lead.

AI Shenanigans
- Finally dialed in my chat prompts — AI now sounds more like a flirty, funny human and less like an awkward customer support bot.
- Managed to run 5 conversations at once without losing context. Total game-changer.
- Funniest moment: AI accidentally called someone “sir” in a very not-safe-for-work context… let’s just say it weirdly worked out and the guy spent money anyway

Takeaways
- First money in = massive motivation boost.
- Scaling chats with AI feels way easier than I thought once you nail the prompts.
- People respond best when you keep it light and funny — even AI jokes sometimes land better than mine.

Tomorrow I’m going to push harder on outreach, schedule first proper content drops for the model, and maybe run a small engagement boost on IG to get more eyeballs. Feeling hyped!

Good luck I will follow you
Appreciate it! Hopefully this journey turns into something worth following — I’ll try to keep it entertaining and real.

Day 6 Update: Juggling Plates, More $$$, and Social Media Headaches

Day 6 has been… messy but good. Definitely starting to feel the “this is a real grind” part of the journey.

Revenue
- Pulled in $78 today (mostly from upsells + a couple of longer chats).
- Not huge, but almost doubled yesterday’s numbers which feels amazing.
- The dopamine hit from seeing notifications is real.

Model Progress
- First model officially sent over her initial content batch.
- Setting up her posting schedule was like babysitting a toddler with 15 TikToks at once.
- She’s motivated though, which makes everything easier.

Outreach
- Sent ~25 messages today.
- 5 replies, but 2 were basically spam. Still, 3 decent convos came out of it.
- Booked a call with another potential model for tomorrow.

AI Moments
- AI actually saved me today — handled 7 chats at once while I was on a call.
- One conversation got a little *too spicy* when AI “over-flirted”… but somehow the guy tipped $15 extra. Not complaining
- Testing new prompts to make conversations flow smoother without sounding copy-paste.

Challenges
- Social media is a pain. IG flagged one of my posts for “violating guidelines” even though it was just a safe teaser.
- Realized I need to be more careful with wording + hashtags. Rookie mistake.

Takeaways
- Scaling is starting, but it feels like spinning plates — easy to drop one if I’m not careful.
- First model is showing promise. Need to sign 1–2 more to really see momentum.
- AI is officially my MVP of the week. Without it, I’d be buried in chats right now.

Tomorrow’s focus: smooth out content posting, close another model, and maybe try some light promo testing to boost socials.

Day 7 Update: First Week Recap, Lessons Learned & Next Steps

Week 1 is officially done! Feels like I’ve been doing this for a month already, but the small wins are stacking up and that’s what keeps me going.

Weekly Numbers
- Total Revenue: $210 (not life-changing but HUGE for a first week)
- Models Signed: 1 (plus 2 warm leads in progress)
- Outreach Sent: ~200 messages total, around 25% reply rate
- Social Media: IG slowly growing, TikTok starting to pick up tiny traction

Wins This Week
- Signed my first model ✅
- Got my first paid interactions ✅
- Doubled revenue between Day 4 → Day 6 ✅
- Figured out how to make AI sound more human (this was a game-changer) ✅

Challenges
- Keeping up with socials + chats + outreach is a lot to juggle.
- IG flagged one of my posts (lesson learned about safer captions).
- Some leads ghosted after initial chats — still figuring out the right follow-up timing.

AI MVP Moments
- Managed 7+ chats at once without losing my mind.
- Helped me come up with captions and schedule content without overthinking.
- Accidentally made a client laugh so hard he tipped extra — might keep that “feature.”

Takeaways
- Consistency is everything. Even on slow days, the little actions add up.
- Human touch still matters, but AI is saving hours every day.
- One signed model is cool, but 2–3 will really show if this can scale.

Next Week Goals
- Sign at least one more model
- Break $400 in total revenue
- Test light promo spend on IG/FB to get more leads
- Keep refining AI prompts so conversations stay natural and fun

Honestly, I’m proud of this first week. It’s tiny progress, but it feels like momentum is starting to build. Time to make Week 2 even better.

Good job! When you starting to make some buck start outsource time consuming tasks so you'd be able to focus more on growth.
Thanks a lot! Definitely planning to outsource once revenue picks up a bit. Can’t wait to free up some time to focus on growth and scaling.

Hey, do you have any plan to make like separate profiles with different tones with your ai or follow the model's chatting style or are you just planning to keep it all on same prompts, if yes how will you differentiate separate model conversation styles? Or is that not gonna be a issue and im just overthinking lol

Or is that not gonna be a issue and im just overthinking lol
Good question! I’m actually planning to tweak prompts for each model so their style feels unique — otherwise everything would sound the same and feel too robotic. I’ll probably build a “personality profile” for each one over time so the conversations stay consistent and match their vibe. Definitely something I’ll be experimenting with as I scale.

Day 8: Signed Model #2 + AI Got a Little Too Flirty (It Worked)

Day 8 started strong and got even better by the end. Definitely feels like the beginning of some real momentum now.

Big Win of the Day
- Officially signed Model #2 today! She’s got a ton of content ready to go, so we should be able to hit the ground running.
- Model #1 is still posting consistently, which is helping keep engagement steady.

Revenue
- Total for the day: $102
- First time breaking $100 in a day, which felt amazing.
- A good mix of tips + paid requests — feels like we’re finally seeing repeat spenders.

Outreach & Leads
- Sent 30 messages today, got 5 solid replies, 2 promising leads for later this week.
- Focused on quality over quantity — shorter, friendlier openers seem to be working better.

AI Shenanigans
- AI accidentally sent a *very* bold line that I wouldn’t have dared to type manually… but the guy actually loved it and spent more. Maybe I should let the AI run wild more often
- Starting to build “personality profiles” for each model, so their chats feel different. It’s already making conversations more believable.

Challenges
- Keeping up with DMs and scheduling posts for two models is already a lot.
- Definitely need to start thinking about outsourcing basic tasks soon.

Takeaways
- Signing a second model makes a huge difference — two content streams feel way more scalable.
- AI is now my secret weapon for keeping conversations flowing while I multitask.
- Engagement is still small, but growth feels faster when there’s more content going out.

Tomorrow’s plan: focus on onboarding Model #2 properly, push socials harder, and maybe run a tiny $10 test ad to see if I can generate more leads faster.

hat's really awesome! Is the model expected to provide the account and the content, and then you handle the editing, uploading, and promotion?

hat's really awesome! Is the model expected to provide the account and the content, and then you handle the editing, uploading, and promotion?
Exactly! The model provides the raw content, and I handle everything else — editing, scheduling, uploading, and promotion. Keeps things streamlined and lets them just focus on creating while I handle the growth side.
