Looking for YouTube phone number verification

Hello guys could you please recommend a phone verification method for a New YouTube channel. I need to have access to the number at anytime not only one time. As I heard I will need the number later

If you just want to verify your YouTube channel you can use SMS activate you will not need that number again. If you mean for google account just use 2fa with Authenticator app and backup code.

I know it wasn't required before but now it might ask for the verification number again I just heard about that. I don't know what to do about that

Use a phone number you control long term, like your personal SIM or a secondary SIM from your carrier so you can access verification later. Paid persistent virtual numbers such as Google Voice or a reputable VoIP provider sometimes work, but avoid one-time SMS services since they often lose access and can trigger account flags.

I'm not living in the USA so I think I can not buy a sim. I run the channel with a proxy
