Instagram warning "Review this account before following"

I have an Instagram page, and when I try to follow it from other account, I get this warning popup: "Review this account before following. The page is created in May 2024. This has been happening for a couple of months now. I stopped following people to see if it would fix itself, but the issue persists. Why would Instagram flag my own page like this? Any tips on how to fix it?

What content are you posting on the account? If its anything that goes against their TOS, that may just get the account flagged. If your not posting anything yet, just make sure the link in your bio isnt a direct link. That is also another thing that Instagram tracks.

What did you do that you recieved this error? Something might be off, Either spamming or content that goes against the TOS

Check if you are following there rules, otherwise it will not fix at all. You can check the posts that you are posting on you account is against there rules or not

That warning usually pops up when Instagram’s system flags a page as new or possibly low trust. Best thing you can do is keep posting consistently, build real engagement, and avoid aggressive follow/unfollow activity. Over time as the account gains history and interactions, the warning should go away on its own.

No, I Don't have any links and the content is normal. I think I followed too many people as a new account.

Keep using the account normally and wait for few weeks, then see if the issue still shows up or not then post on this thread later

Instagram usually labels new pages like this to prevent spam or fake follow behavior. The way to handle it is to just maintain natural activities: post regularly, interact genuinely, verify information if possible. After a few months, when your reputation gradually increases, the warning will disappear.

I will advice probably you are posting content that is kind of against their policy, or you have a direct affiliate link on your bio or you have once previously spammed people with follows..

So i will suggest, you ignore it and keep posting quality content not one that go against their policy please and remove any direct link from your bio if any. With time, they will ignore and the issue will automatically be rectified

For a while new pages may display that review warning so continue posting authentic content and allow it to develop organically

normally it should go away by itself. if not try login with another device and let it rest

It goes away if you keep warming it up (watching Reels, commenting, liking random stuff etc). So don't worry about that!
