Any adult Ad Network that doesn't require inserting a JS script tag?

I've been searching for ways to monetize an adult website that I own, but for security, UX, and SEO reasons, I don't wanna just blindly trust the ad network's JS code.

One option that would work is banner iframes (what else?)

Do you know of adult ad networks that has such option?

Try EZmob or Gay Ad Network they both support iframe banners. Just keep in mind, going iframe-only might limit fill or tracking a bit.
