Hackers hacked my social accounts

Hello Everyone,
Save yourself.. Please add more emails and phone numbers to your fb accounts, IG or any other social accounts which you are using mostly.. Today in the morning i got a message in Indian time at 5.54 am that your accounts need verification with pop up that your are trying to violate our policy... first i think i didn't do anything yesterday or any day that makes policy violate and sudden i remember may be due to my kiddo page.. even that is also down.. i came to laptop and started verify everything and it's asking for other number i tried that too but my fb acc is disabled.. i search on google my fb is hacked what i do... then i got a direct link to recover my account and in that way i did it.. it takes time but done successfully... in Instagram they asked for my ID proof so i submit my old proof which is not link to my tax or bank accounts.. Because you know if you submit that and it's a part of hack they will use your info and number too.

So if you face any problem in future or tomorrow be prepare, i'll say do it now..

Isn't there any 2-factor authentication? Even then the accounts are getting hacked means it's a serious issue. Hope everything is fine and secure now.

Yes, it's secure now.. Yeah.. even after 2-factor verification.

there is no way to deal with meta support .. its impossible and their job is to just redirect blame !
