I am trying to find someone on Facebook but can't find this person's profile.

This person is on Facebook but I can't find his profile using Facebook search (tried using different Facebook accounts and phones), also tried socialsearcher which is a Facebook search tool.

Which is the best OSINT tool to find someon's facebook profile using their full name? The location is India if that helps.

Personal experience, the mobile Facebook search doesn´t find everyone.
It´s possible, he/she has configured it in the settings. "Don't find in search engines"
But yeah Facebook has own search feature.

Pain in the ass to find the correct person. If he hasn´t commented on something.
and if the name is arabic, russian, or asian name. almost impossible.

If you have only name, it is very general. If you add: city/state (India), work, school, age range, photo, mutual friends, phone number, email, it will be easier to filter.
