Are live chat appeals working for disabled accounts?

Live chat can work but results vary. Strong case + clean history helps. If denied, retry later or escalate with better docs.

I also tried chat support a few times this year, sometimes they restore the account but most of the time they just send a generic response

I usually work with meta partners and ask them to appeal accounts and some of my accounts have been appealed very quickly by them, you can try

Live chat appeals can help, but success mostly depends on clear proof and the agenet. But it's works most of the time I think.

I tried appealing 3 ad account bans via live support recently - got mixed results.
Anyone having luck using chat support to restore accounts in 2025?
..Tips welcome.
- you should prepare full evidence, such as personal ID, campaign screenshots, payment history, etc.
- Meta Verified/identity verification
- tap on "real agent" support: find a way to enable live chat support in the Business advertising support section
- appeal through official and early forms
- monitor, follow-up regularly
- optimize risk factors
- if you have a large budget or agency, find a connection with a Meta representative, if available - they can support better

Last year I was able to message meta support to get them to help me appeal, however now we need to do this ourselves

Live chat can be effective, but success depends on providing clear evidence and whether the issue complies with Meta's policies. Unlike last year when Meta could proactively help, you'll now have to do this yourself.

Sometimes they actually review the account properly and it gets reactivated, but other times the reply is just a generic template.

In 2025, chat support still works but results vary. Make sure your business verification and billing info are fully aligned before appealing. it increases your chances of getting the account back.

Chat support can work, but results are inconsistent in 2025. Success depends on the rep, clear documentation, and proving compliance. Always stay polite, concise, and persistent.

I am luckier, my case is usually resolved, because my case is not too difficult to resolve.

Result usually varies, if it is not too complicated, live chat support works

If you wait for direct support from the FB team, it is often quite difficult because usually when there is a problem, you will appeal by petition, provide evidence or related documents and queue up with others until your petition is answered and resolved. No one has worked directly with the FB staff.

Live chat appeals for disabled accounts can be effective, but success largely depends on presenting clear evidence and the quality of the support agent. Users have reported mixed results, with some receiving assistance and others encountering generic responses

During the time FB is scanning heavily, all the anti-censorship portals are almost useless and the account will still be banned.
