Hello I am currently building my first phone farm with 20 phones. Gonna use some for social media and rent the others out with unlimited 5g, do you think people would pay 70-100 a month to rent these out as remote access devices? Interesting concept for me

Yes, iPhone farms are on high demand. Where are you from?

US. currently working out the hardware aspect. if I do it via hdmi the capture cards are gonna add up, do it via airplay its laggy
You need to be able to reset the phone to a default state after every rental automatically or manually.

There's remote control options out there without the need for HMDI capture cards.

There are a few more things to consider when it comes to this, such as making sure your clients don't make texts or calls - unless you plan on making that option a feature.

Maybe offer daily or weekly rental options too, not everyone wants a whole month commitment

For what tasks ? It is hard to take out profit with that much rental.

ppl pay for clean 5g access, esp marketers needing real mobile ips. $70-100 doable if sims are stable + traffic uncapped. but 20 phones is small, keep churn in mind, renters abuse lines fast. better test few subs first, see demand before scaling cost heavy.

could you dm me some of these options I see theres a way via USB too. I looked into some MDMs but most are view only

If you manage to build that farm in US, you may get more than $100/device.
Just do it!
What do you think about Android devices? What kind of people usually rent them? I find all this very interesting.

The other day I was helping a guy with something similar, and I thought I saw that he was using “imouse.” I know it was a Chinese app, but I didn't have any more context than that. In any case, transmitting via a website (such as to rent to someone, etc.) is usually complicated.

with iPhone its harder so less competition and iPhones have the most trusted device signature.

Im going to have to inject keystrokes via HID so a custom solution using rasp pi picos ($5 each)

Hmm, I think there must be better tools than those, surely using Airplay, but you should do a little more digging around in forums like these (usually Asian ones).

I'd suggest you to run your own services instead of renting them out. You never know what people may end up using those phones for. And if your device gets banned on some social media apps, your phones become useless for those apps.
If you have access to unlimited 5g though, you can offer 5g proxies. US 5g proxies are in demand and you'll get good money for them.

im not into the whole creating accs to sell space, too much competition with panels. I run some ecom brands so either I mass post for myself or sell that as a service I guess. the problem with 5g proxies gonna be the same as with renting phones, ppl do shit and it comes back to me, but at the end of the day I have a TOS so I guess im covered

Not really, you're covered by the TOS but not fully legally covered - it doesn't fully absolve you of legal implication in case this happens.

If the users perform not-so-legal things on your devices, more than likely you can be on hook for it.
