I don't use Telegram ads, bur for that price you should be getting way more engagement.
Just to give you an idea, for 27 subscribers you'd only pay $2 on sproutgigs, same case with other similar microjob sites.

That’s a decent test run, thanks for sharing. I’ve tried Telegram Ads too costs can vary a lot depending on format and targeting, so CTR and retention usually matter more than the raw sub price. Curious to see what others are getting as well.

In every niche, you have to test, just like with any other platform (Google, Facebook, etc.). It's hard to say if it's expensive, because it all depends on your niche and the final result you want to achieve.

Also you should find really good channels for reach good results.

Your CPM is way too high. I've tried with 0.9-1 CPM with no logo/banner and it produces decent results. With banner that would be 2 CPM, but 5 is way too high. Also, I think targeting more channels would be able to give you better results as it distributes your budget.

Depends also what kind of auditory you gained and what geo, but Tg ads gives pretty premium and quality auditory, so these 23 people could be more valuable then 300 randomly gained.
