I will stake everything on the fact that this scammer operates both Telegram accounts, @BlackAdsMedia and @Kaizer_BHW, as a one-man two-role setup. The reason is that when I was blocked and my conversations were deleted, both chats disappeared simultaneously within 30 seconds.
If @Kaizer_BHW claim were true, he should not have deleted my conversations. In this dispute, denying responsibility undermines the hierarchy of the BHW community, misleads both the moderators and consumers, and disrupts order.
I earnestly request that the moderators and everyone observing this arbitration make a strict and fair judgment on this matter.

Black Ads media is not my telegram ID. In the evidence I uploaded, there are chat records with you, and you clearly said that you were a team member. However, when Black Media deleted the chat with me, you also deleted your chat with me at the same time. Given this situation, how can I not see you and Black Media as part of the same team?

Am tired Take your decision, my post count is 2000+ and selling BST service genuinely but now in signature scam. Take your decision. But I have no money to refund. I share the same opinion as the moderator.
Renting out an account name ultimately means that both the renter and the provider hold responsibility. Legally as well, once payment has been received and a contract has been made, the responsibility of the original provider, @kaizer, is clear.
From the beginning, without going through the verification process of whether the renter’s credibility and technical ability could actually provide the service, many victims suffered losses under the trust of that account. Yet to claim no responsibility in such a situation is a highly irresponsible attitude that ignores the entire matter.

Since 2006, with hundreds and thousands of activity records, innocent BHW community users would have trusted your account 100%. In fact, in the chat logs I uploaded as evidence, you yourself insisted you were not a scammer by telling me to look at @Kaizer’s account history.
In other words, even though the circumstances made it 100% inevitable to become a fraud victim, the actual owner of this account now claims they cannot take responsibility. If there is no money to refund, I request a permanent ban. If leniency is granted, he will only continue producing more victims in the same way.

It was your account that first replied to me and introduced yourself as an expert.As the owner of the account, instead of apologizing for the damage caused, you claim that you are part of a team intentionally creating disputes. To be fair, I think they just made a bad business move, and I don't think they were trying to rip anyone off.
I spoke with them via DM and they explained in depth what they did and why.
What did he say? As a buyer, I cannot understand why he deleted the Telegram conversation midway and blocked me. I even gave him five days, but he deleted the conversation along with saying he would refund me.
