I have a question for the administrator. Since I am from a non-English speaking country, I do not know the detailed culture of BHW, but based on recent dispute cases, are there instances where sellers with a marketplace badge have scammed or disappeared after taking service fees and then been permanently banned? As a beginner, I am very curious about this.

If a seller does not resolve a dispute thread, we do ban them.
We try to make everyone whole, though, as that is best for both parties.
