Journey to $5k/month with OFM

Let me summarize where I am at right now in life.

For the past 2 months, I've attempted AI OFM. I tried a lot of blackhat methods to grow, like phone farms & mass f/u (and obvious organic methods). Throughout that time, I only earned $1,071.



I know some people can make it work, but I'm diverting to something proven to work better: traditional OFM. (No, don't convince me to switch back to AI.)

I currently have a website set up and a good-looking Instagram for my agency, sitting at a few thousand fake followers.

The first step in OFM is to try to get a model. I've been outreaching for the past few days. Barely anybody responds, and if they do, they aren't interested. I know there is an option to buy a model, but I don't want to go that route.

I've tried Meta ads for outreach, traditional reel scrolling trying to find models/good-looking females. I've also tried looking on OnlyFinder and other websites. Nothing is working yet.

However, as Alex Hormozi said, "Do so much volume it would be unreasonable for you to not be successful," and "Volume negates luck."

This first model is important to me because I'm going to be putting a lot of time into making this model successful. I don't want someone ugly or not hardworking. Maybe it's good I'm trying to find a hidden gem and not settle for someone ugly (although this is likely cope). I've seen some ugly models work.

I do have a few good plans on how to generate great traffic, but in order to get there I need a model first. That is what I'm going to be focused on. I hope to lock in all of September and update you boys every day. This will be a tough journey. I've tried a lot of things in my life, and everything seems easy until you are already waist-deep in it.

Day 1 Update:

I woke up to my agency account suspended. I created a new agency account in the meantime while I hope the other one gets reinstated.

Haven't been doing much outreach as I've been dealing with the account issue.

Planning to run Meta Ads on the new account to try and attract some leads.

United States, Canada
18-65 Female
Interests: Modeling Agency

I've tried no interests previously, but got basically no leads. Still grinding, need to do more to get the first model.

That sucks. But at least you didn’t lose any real followers. If you’re gonna do outreach from your agency page tho I’d recommend an aged account. Recruiting is just a numbers game, but I’m sure you know that already.

My OFM agency has 5 models currently and we’re onboarding a 6th this week. But I was fortunate enough to partner up with well-connected people from the beginning so we started off with 2 models immediately.

Day 2 Update:

My meta ads are performing decently better. The reason was because I added more countries to the ads instead of just USA. I've gotten about 10 responses from girls. I'll say 2 out of the 10 are worth pursuing. I attempted a call with 1 of the girls but she was a no-show.

I think I may try to pump the meta ads budget a little more just to get a model faster. I'll do that so hopefully I can land a model tomorrow and get started. Onto the next day...

Looking forward to this journey, I have been trying to get into OFM for a while but finding a model that puts in the work is a real task, I have been thinking about getting a salaried model tbh anyways good luck on your journey, I will be following this also what traffic sources are you gonna work on

Manual outreach! It's way better, cold-DMing even on reddit and IG will yeild better results from my experience. Adding a page/website will help the funnel and credibility but probably won't be your main source for models.
Another big piece of advice I can give you is that no model is born hard-working. When you build the right infrastructure and personal brand it will be easier for the model to produce content and you can plan your actions accordingly. Create a space for your models to grow with you and watch how business booms. Nonetheless, pay atttention to who is actually serious about it and make sure the model knows that this takes actual work, consistency and determination.

Tbh I was never into AI models much, seems like many go with this route but i think nothing will ever compare to actual models.

Have spent this entire time cold dming on Instagram. I've gotten a fair amount of responses and replied with loom videos to each. So much so that I got action blocked on instagram. I was talking with someone and they suggested I just choose someone instead of waiting for a 10/10 model. I do think I should start soon and choose a model before I waste any more time.

I decided to take action and buy a model contract. She is from Argentina and looks pretty decent. The issue right now is figuring out the OnlyFans banking/payout. Skrill is not available for her because her old agency took her account. Currently looking at Paxum.

Is there anything I should do immediately for onboarding?

That's unlucky sorry you got banned, good work tho. I believe that a hard working and committed 8/10 model is way better than a disengaged 11/10 model.

I really hope this pans out for you, contracts can go either way, especially if it's fixed price.
Paxum is my go-to, make sure to verify the account there first and foremost to make sure you're not stuck without any banking.

For onboarding - decide on amounts of content (keep it to small and solid units to avoid overwhelm) and have a clear path of going forward with the model to make sure you're on the same page on what output is expected of her for both traffic and PPV content, depending on your methods (Don't forget OF feed as well!). Also, have a leveled conversation on availability for lives and general communications with you or staff members later on. GL.

my doubt is imtoo on AI OF but i dont done blackhat method, so what you mean my phone farming? like having many ig acc for your model? also what type of black hat methods you have done? do you hired a chatter for your model? what was the money you made from whether from chatting or subscription? thank you G for reading this
