[Need Decision] YouTube Tier 3 to Tier 1 Concern

So i am having hard time and lot of anxiety doing this and i need your thoughts about it.

I have a tier 3 traffic on a 104K IG page, arab countries like Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, etc.. All are in the niche that i am working on which is tech and coding.I am building a tier 1 youtube channel in english, don't want arabs there, but i am building from scratch and it is tough growing there without any support or initial juice knowing that i own a large following in the same niche but tier 3.

My concern is that i can send in traffic from my IG to YT to boost the videos so they can get suggest by YT but i fear sabotaging my tier 1 growth by sending in people who are in tier 3 and get my channel polluted.I could just tell the tier 3 (which most trust me and love me there), whoever knows english, click and watch. I am sure they will like and comment and increase my watchtime.

They are in the same niche so they would be interested watching, but their country location could halt my progress in tier 1?

I fear this: Send tier 3 traffic -> youtube algorithm notices the arab countries even tho the video is completely english -> starts pushing my videos in the arab region -> never gets to tier 1 and channel gets stuckI

just can't figure this out yet and what to do exactly.

What do you guys suggest me to do?

I don't think YouTube will push to Arab audience. If it worked that way, I would just get external US views and make $5k a day.

Have you considered creating subtitles or localizing content for tier 3 while keeping tier 1 clean?

Its not about that, its about growing my tier 1 YouTube using my tier 3 interest, do you recommend that or just go build from scratch the tier 1?

You won't have any problems. Eventually, when YouTube starts sending your videos to suggested videos, your audience will change.

I advise you to use the traffic you already have to reach the monetization requirements and then worry about changing your audience.

Just be very careful if, you are currently receiving pay check from google.

**Google is very strict when it come to publishers inventing strategic's to boost their earning's.

Why not inform you audience directly! Re-edit each video clips and add the following phrase; hey guys i have a brother site on this channel although, in english (indication of the name ) but, i think it might be beneficial to those some of you.
