Should I disavow these dangerous links?

I used SEMrush to analyze my website's backlinks and found that some links were marked as dangerous. Should I disavow these links?
Are SEMrush's tips reliable?
I don't want to accidentally disavow some legitimate links.
Currently, my website has only 1.1k backlinks and only 200 referring domains.
Need your suggestions

Are you able to manually analyze these domains to see how spammy they are? an ideal , an ideal benchmark using Ahrefs with would be anything less than DR <5 and looks spammy. That can be disavowed.

If you have access to ahrefs , you can make a quick filter with best links: Only . With other options like Low quality , spammy etc.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm doing that now and checking them one by one, luckily there aren't many.

Check site traffic and link relevance to see if they are good. You should only remove if they are spammy links.
