How can I get Google to crawl my website again?

I’m facing a really frustrating issue with my website. A few months ago, it was indexing normally, but now, after more than 5 months online, only 5 URLs are indexed.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Resubmitted my sitemap in Google Search Console
• Rewrote all the content to make it more unique
• Manually submitted some URLs for indexing

But nothing seems to work — Google just isn’t crawling my site anymore.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on a few things:

1. Could my website be under some kind of Google penalty (manual action or algorithmic)?
2. Are there ways to encourage Google to crawl my site again faster?
3. Besides the sitemap, what other methods can trigger Googlebot to re-crawl (e.g., internal linking, backlinks, adjusting robots.txt)?

Any advice or experience would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

Since you improved content, try internal link from indexed pages to non indexed pages.

Also share content/url in different social media platforms.

Are you sending backlinks to your urls that are not being indexed?

Have you interlinked on your site so page A links to page B and are doing that in a random manner for all your pages (forget those WP plugins that do that as that is not natural)?

My website already has 100 articles, but because I used too many 301 redirects, I’ve lost my index. Now I have to optimize the articles again from the beginning. My website has no backlinks at all, and I’ve already disavowed the spam backlinks.
